I purchased items from this business August 7th they took it out of my bank account and confirmed that it was purchased and being shipped! I have not received it since! I would like to file fraud charges! I do have screen shots and bank statements to prove they took the money outInitial Complaint

I ordered two T-shirts on 5/26/23 and received confirmation of the order. I was having it shipped as a birthday present so didn't realize until 7/1/23 that my order was never shipped. I sent an e-mail on that date and no response. The webpage now says, "Be Back Soon." No one answer the phone or returns phone calls. I would like my $55.89 back from them since I never got the shirts. I even checked the shipping app they use and it shows Order Confirmed and then nothing after that.Initial Complaint

I ordered t-shirts on 5/31. I received an order confirmation and tracking number. I have contacted the company by phone and email. I received a text asking for the order number which I provided. At this time, 7/11, I have not heard from the company, nor have I received the t-shirts. I am asking to be refunded the total money I paid. I have the tracking number as RL ******. On June 13, 2023 I purchased two hoodies from Rugged Legacy online. The first hoodie transaction was for $56.18, then they offered me a second hoodie at a discounted rate of $31.80, so I agreed and moved forward with both transactions. I received a confirmation email. Since then I have not hear anything. I emailed them on June 20, 2023 asking for an update on the status of my order and they never replied. I called them on June 23, 2023 and left a message. The recording said they would return all calls within 24 hours. I still have not heard anything. I am looking for a refund totaling $87.98 the cost of both hoodies that I never received.Initial Complaint

I purchased a clothing product for a gift for Christmas. I bought it early October. I received an email it shipped October 6. I still do not have this product. I had to email that I did not receive this product several times. I keep getting replies that they are shipping it to me again and confirming my address. I have done this three times. The shipment tracking places the product ending up in *******, MI. I live in **! I am asking for a full refund including shipping as it is not my fault they arent capable to ship this correctly if it is even actually being shipped. I also requested as it is after Christmas they should refund and send the purchase to resolve the issue to better help their business.
