  Can not say enough great things about this place!!! We purchased a New Jayco 5th wheel from Zoomers. Like all campers there were a few small issues and one larger one that had come up after 3 months of owning it. ******* the Warranty specialist at Zoomers is awesome. She worked hard to get all my issues resolved. The bigger problem with the front cap replacement took a lot of time and effort to get resolved but ***** agreed to replace the front fiberglass cap. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received from ******* and ******* in the service department office. They kept me informed throughout the entire process.I will admit I was nervous about having the front cap removed and replaced, but the service techs (******, ******* ****** ******* ****** and ******) at Zoomers did an excellent job. They were all hands-on deck to get the cap removed and replaced and ready for me to pick up and go camping for the Memorial Day weekend. The Shop Foremen *************** were on hand to make sure the job went smoothly, and the camper came out looking as great as it did from the factory. Although I was nervous at the start of that process, I feel like their attention to detail and the communication during the process was a huge relief!The Shop ******* ***** and another service tech ****** also went out of their way to come out to a campground this past Holiday weekend to touch up the roof sealant and install a decal that was missing. This is a class act shop, and I will definitely do business with them ********** of experience: May 24, 2025

  Great place to look at a variety of campers, poor customer service. We had never bought a brand new RV before, and although we were happy with our salesman, the rest of the process was very disappointing. As soon as we brought our RV to our house we put out the awning, and immediately noticed a hole in the awning. Our "walk thru" was done inside and the awning was never extended. We also realized our new camper had a dead battery, so it wasn't even usable. We tried calling them that day we brought it home, and multiple times the next week. After you purchase a camper they don't return your calls. It has now been a month and we still have unresolved questions, and of course no returned calls from Zooomers. Terrible customer service. After speaking with other RV dealers these things would've been checked. They just want to sell, and then ghost you. I wish we would've bought out RV elsewhere.

  Where to start. We purchased a Rpod 171 from them. The sales staff is all over the place hoping from one customer to the next. The paper work left us with exp temp plates due to lack of concern to get the proper paperwork. Several calls to receive this with little help from sales department. Once the deal is made they do not care. More to this. We went back thinking it was just a one time deal. In feb 23 i asked them what our trade value is worth they said 17k we show up in april of 23 to be told our trailer is now 13k. This is a *******, difference. Showed them the text where they had sent it but still only 13k. Moral of this story is simple. RUN from this place! Sales team is a absolute joke ran by a rude sales manager. The reason we went back was to look into a different trailer ours was used 3x in excellent condition brand new just wanted something a little bigger is all. I would rather camp in a mud hole upside down before returning to this place.

  I would NEVER tell anyone to go here!!!!!!! Very very bad experience! Bought a brand new 2023 East to ***************** toy hauler in August, drove from Pa to Indiana to pick it up, and when we got there it wasnt ready(prepped). At all!!! We paid ****** for the prep which was not done! Very dirty and had stuff laying around the inside, found so much WRONG with it so what should have taken an hour took the whole day! We used it 1 TIME and found so much more wrong with it!! The mattress tore across the bottom already and about 15 other things wrong inside and outside! The battery case filled up inside and the one battery connections are all corroded, we only got this in August and that shouldnt have happened already! Were thinking they put used batteries on this ! And possibly the case has a leak! I feel they should be paying for new batteries and case and also pay us back the prep fee that was never done!!!!We were told to wait a week to pick it up so they could prep it????? Told it had glass doors for the patio , got there, no glass doors ??????Needless to say we are NOT HAPPY CAMPERS!!!!

  They been told that we are on a time crunch about getting a rv that fits our needs and they took our **** for deposit and refusing to give it back to us if we wanted to take our business elsewhere. We feel like they are giving us the run around . They should have told us straight up the process and they dont understand that the lady who bought our mobile home thinks we arent moving out . At this point the money was for us to get a new home and all we getting is stories . Someone keeps telling us that it doesnt take long to get financing and rv so thats what we are up against . The **** was our emergency funds and savings too just so they know this
