    I also had very poor service from Radian Hair LLC. I purchased the $200+ hairdryer and decided it was not the best choice for me. Due to their advertised 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, I started a return. After contacting them, I was texted that they would review my return request and get back to me. The only way they accept returns is after they approve your return, then they will send you a shipping label. Sending the dryer back without their label, it would not be accepted. After contacting them more than 6 times with no response, I contacted my bank and unfortunately they would not help with getting a refund. Disappointed in every way.

    Im leaving the review due to the incredibly poor customer service. The blow dryer is okay in my opinion Im a professional hairdresser and when I was in need of a new blow dryer I decided to try this one. They have a money back guarantee and what seemed like a very good return policy, for a low dryer over $200 there should be! At the same same I also ordered a Dyson so I could try them side by side. Hands down ***** won. I went to the radian site and filed for a return exactly as the site says I got zero response, so I emailed directly and waited over a week to see if I would get a response zero. I emailed 4 or 5 more times and ended up having to have my bank dispute the charge, thankfully they could. If you dont use their customer support then you might be very happy but figured Id let others know since it was a pain to deal with!
