    We paid extra for the home business internet. It was neither better nor faster. At least weekly we would have our internet go out or would experience extremely slow service. When we called to cancel due to the poor service, they charged us a $199 cancelation fee. Then they continued to charge us our monthly amount. We have attempted to call several times, with no resolution so far. Just get start link!

    These people are a joke! **************** is non existent, wont return phone calls. The service its self is always spotty. Dont waste your money!!

    We have only had them one year and have been trying to cancel for a week now and no one answers their phones or if you leave a voicemail no one calls you back. Horrible customer service. Will never use or recommend them.

    I had to keep the service due to nothing else in my area since 2013. I called at the end of my two year contract and requested a month to month basis since new internet was coming to my house. They refused to give me the same rate if I didnt sign two year contract so I said just cancel the service. They never cancelled the service and my account kept getting charged since ********************************************************* Fast forward 2023 my new internet service is hooked up and going. No more 20mb per second and unable to stream anything. They are saying my contact isnt up and they have to charge me $190 early termination fee. I never signed another contract and guy cussed me out and would not let me talk explaining this. He was completely unprofessional and hung up on me. They never got a signature from me for a renewal contact because I specifically never did one knowing new internet was coming. My internet has been in and out for six years and the speeds wont even allow one to watch ******** The internet didnt work more than it did and the price is more than Wintek which insanely faster and multiple devices connected. This company is a joke. No customer service and only there to take your money and provide you with horrible service.

    Try calling customer service. That is non existencing . They are very miss leading. Internet goes out multiple times a day. Pay for a service don't come close. Try and get an answer . Just get crickets. Need to get the *** involved I do believe. They sit in their make believe office and collect 104. 25 a month from me. That is highway Robbery. Again left voice mail with all three of their prompts . Everyday this week . No responce.

    Been with them for a few year, only supplier to our home. In the last 12 days have left 7 voicemails with no response. Have gone 4 days with no internet service and the other 8 days have be down 4-5 hours each day.

    We love HBB! Fast service and great customer service. They came out quick to set up service and the guy who did it was personable and understood my needs.
