We are a pediatric office. Pro Care called and misrepresented themselves to the front office staff, saying they needed to confirm the address and were sending latex free gloves that we ordered (although our office never ordered anything from them). The gloves were never received and we are being billed an exorbitant amount of $279 for a case plus $19.75 freight charge (the same gloves are less than $70 with free shipping at ******.) We did not order these gloves, did not receive these gloves, and will not pay for these gloves. This is a scam that, unfortunately, my front office person fell victim to because of callers misrepresentation and lies.

We never ordered any supplies from this Procare Medical Supplies and we do not have a necessary to deal with this supplier. They keep sending this bill every other month or so intimidating with late fees and fines for the product that we never ordered or have received it. We do not want to be intimidated and want them to void the invoice.

We received a "PAST DUE INVOICE" for products we never purchased. From what I can find they are not a legitimate business.

A representative claiming to be from ProCare Medical Supply called our clinic and spoke with a receptionist. He asked the receptionist to confirm our address and the receptionist told him that was an incorrect address and gave the correct one. The sales rep then informed the receptionist that he would be sending out our "regular order". This confused the receptionist and there was not a manager in clinic at the time to confirm ordering with. The sales rep did not offer to call back to speak to management about ordering, but instead shipped out 2 cases of latex exam gloves with an invoice for product and shipping for $622.87 due in two weeks.
We have never ordered from this company before. We do not have an account with this company. We do not need the product they sent us. This company and their ordering system is a SCAM. They force product down your throat and expect you to pay the invoice.
The note at the bottom of this invoice states that all medical supply and PPE sales are final and returns are not allowed. They sent us this product, knowing they would not accept a return, and are sending us demands for payment.
I have tried to contact the company via the phone number listed on their invoice, but there is only ever an answering machine that picks up stating that all associates are away from their desk and to please leave a message. They have not returned my phone calls. I have also sent emails.

We ordered 2 cases of EXTRA LARGE medical exam gloves. There should have been 10 boxes per case for a total of 20 boxes. We only received 8 boxes of LARGE gloves. After trying to reason with them over the phone with no solution, we decided to check with the BBB. There is no such business in ****** ***** *******. And similar complaints have been made about this company. The toll free phone number is the same, though locations may be different. Now we are receiving past due charges on products still left to be delivered.

My practice received a "Delinquent" invoice #******* for $****** + $***** "freight and handling" for twenty (20) boxes of nitrile exam gloves at $***** per 100ct dated 8/14/2022. ******** *** ******** has 20+ year established accounts with veterinary suppliers, not ProCare, so I called to inquire. A ProCare manager ADMITTED to "cold calling" my practice, misrepresenting himself as one of our vendors, and soliciting a "slamming" order. "We do it all the time", he said.

I explained that no product purchase had been authorized or received by my practice. He stated that he had secured the order from my office assistant Halie *****. Halie confirmed receiving a call from our vendor ******* ********** ****** and approving an order for TWO (2) boxes which are consistently priced at $**** per 100ct or $***** per 200ct of Nitrile Medical Exam Gloves. The ProCare manager insisted that 20 boxes had been shipped and tracked to our office, then cited an incorrect shipping address with unfamiliar signature name. I informed the ProCare manager that I would not be paying for the fraudulent transaction.

They continue to send us "Delinquent" notices with cumulative "Late Fees" of $*****/mo. They have also changed locations from ****** to *******, which I find suspect. Based on BBB ratings, these fraudulent business practices are the norm for ProCare.

We were cold-called by this company claiming to have been our regular supplier for sterile gloves. They spoke with the Practice Manager who only offered her name but did not agree to purchasing from this company. The company then sent us 2 boxes of the gloves with an invoice totaling ******. And the invoice says that Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. We have made multiple phone calls, it only ever goes to voicemail. We have also reached out via email to no avail. This company per its website was started in 2020, and is clearly taking advantage of small businesses that depend on personal protective equipment. None of the suppliers we have worked with throughout covid have charged such an outrageous amount. If this was a legitimate company they would have returned our multiple attempts to get ahold of them. Fortunately for us they do not have our billing info. But ********************************* I know worry they will send unwanted/unsolicited products monthly.
