  We manage several Healthcare Facilities across the Eastern US and we have had a handful of reports regarding this company. ProCare Medical calls facilities posing as their medical supply distributor and offers to send a sample of disposable gloves. When the gloves arrive, it includes an invoice for twice the amount and multiple cases which never arrive.
  
  They went as far as to play a call recording of one of our nurses 'agreeing' to the order however, it was a falsified conversation and it did not flow smoothly. DO NOT TRUST OR PAY THIS INVOICE>

  This company is a scam!! I've called several times and they do not return my calls!! I agreed to try their product and they sent me 5 cases and charged me for them!! I did not approve it!

  This company is a scam. They will call and offer to send 2 free cases of gloves then attempt to charge you an outrageous amount (over $600) claiming you ordered the gloves. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. They will continue to send bills with overdue charges and emails. They have been informed this bill will not be paid because the transaction was perpetrated through fraud and intentional misrepresentation. I said we will ship the gloves back at their expense. They never respond to these communications.

  Called our facility saying they would leave us 2 boxes for samples and a bag of candy for free to see if the gloves fit our needs. Ask for our receptionist's last name and delivered them. A month later sent an invoice for over $600.00. Don't trust this sketchy company.

  I don't have to retell the story. Modis operandi remains the same. The difference is, we did receive some shipments, all of which were paid for. Overdue bills keep coming with no response questioning the bill. Sounds like class action time (if they really have a storefront).

  BUYER BEWARE!!!! I'm leaving this review, so another business doesn't get caught up with this shady companies grasp. Four months ago, a team member ordered gloves from ProCare Medical Supplies. We received the first order and the invoice. It turned out these were the incorrect gloves to begin with, but we had already unboxed and opened them. I didn't find this out until the second order was delivered the following month with an invoice. I tried to call the vendor on 08/16, 08/18, 08/23 and two additional associates tried calling on 08/25 to try and put a stop to the reoccurring orders and if we could also return the second order if possible. Each time any of us calls (we've called at different times throughout the days) we get a voicemail that says we've reached them outside of their normal business hours and to leave a message. We've yet to hear from them regarding our messages and it does not say when their actual normal business hours are. We've received two other invoices from them since then but with no product shipped. They have a 5% late charge for each invoice.

  This company has tried the same scam on us for almost a year now. Cold call and pretend to be confirming an order placed the previous day. Low-level employee didn't know any better so confirmed it. They shipped the gloves (which we never ordered) and followed that up with an outrageous price. When I talked to someone, they played the recording from the call where they called our office, but they don't have a recording of the call where we supposedly called them, because we didn't. They keep sending us bills with overdue charges and emails. I keep replying that we will never pay the bill because the transaction was perpetrated through fraud and intentional misrepresentation. I said we will ship the gloves back at their expense. They never respond to these communications. They just keep wasting money on stamps to send me more bills. Don't pay them!!! If we all band together and refuse to pay them, they'll run out of money eventually and have to stop. They threaten lawsuits and credit agency reports, but I'd like to see them try. The countersuits would bury them.

  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I have been fighting with the same RUDE guy (whose name changes btw) for over a year. They cold call around our facilities and trick a lower level employees into giving an "ok" to be sent gloves...the end up sending hundreds of dollars worth of them. When it first happened, I called and explained that we have contracted vendors and these employees do not have authority to place these orders and they did not realize what was happening. I asked if we could return them since they were unused, but they wouldn't allow it so we ate it. The second time it happened i realized they were scamming us, so I told him if they sent gloves to any more of our facilities, they will be considered gifts because we did not order them and we will not be paying their invoices. They have struck again at 2 more of our facilities so I have had enough. Our invoices have a PO Box for them listed in Orange City, FL so I have a feeling this is just what they do in hopes a large company will not know any better and just pay the invoices. They are SO rude, but I had to remind myself they are not a professional company, they are con artist!

  Last year, 2022, this company cold called our company and got one of our employees to agree to a shipment for medical gloves. They shipped 4 boxes and then billed us for 40 cases. We disputed the bill and sent the gloves back. Then again, in Mar 2023 they sent us an invoice for another 40 cases. The one time I called and was able to get though they said they had a recording of the order. When they played it for me it was the same recording as the first time. I have requested a copy of the recording and proof of delivery, but thus far they have failed to provide them. There are multiple complaints on BBB website with similar stories. I would like to add our story to those.

  same story. they called asking if we would like to try samples. We never agreed to pay anything. never put a card on file or gave a W9. there is no medical supply store that delivers without a cc on file. they keep saying they sent 20 boxes which we never received and then trying to charge a 300$ finance charge. please beware!!!!!
