      I’m so unhappy with this business. In the spring of 2023 it took 3 calls to the manager to get the trash driver to stop using my yard for a turn around. The end of September I noticed my weekly trash pickup was now every two weeks. In mid December I called to check if it was every two weeks now and I was told it was weekly. It had been 3 weeks since my trash was last picked up. I was told I needed to call every day to let them know it hadn’t been picked up. I don’t think I should have to do that. I called 3 more times in January because my trash still hadn’t been picked up since the end of November. I was told that I was probably putting stuff in that they can’t pick up, I don’t think so. I finally asked to talk to the manager and was told that he was picking up trash elsewhere. I called the third time and asked again for the manager and was told he was going to be gone indefinitely because he was in another town picking up trash. The last time I called was to let them know by certified letter that I would be canceling my service with them, that I wasn’t paying my December or January bill because my trash still hadn’t been picked up. They are charging me $50 to come pick up my trash dumpster and I said I wasn’t paying for that either. Today, Jan. 26, they came and picked up the dumpster and left ruts in my front yard from their truck on one of the wetter days of the weeK. I can’t believe how rude and obnoxious this company is. I will never do business with them ever again.

      Worst company to do business with. Multiple times they have missed the weekly dumping for our dumpster. This business needs a major overhaul.
