    I have ordered multiple items from this company and they have always got to meet in a timely manner sometimes they throw in a little extra goodies like a cleaning Matt and a ammo catch bag I will continue to order from Durkin tactical.

    I'm very happy with Durkin tactical I received high quality items for very low cost. I only had one issue and found out that like many others if you use the billet slick side upper receiver it is not compatible with the Magpul bad lever. After a researched it this is very common with these type of upper receivers. The customer service was excellent and helping with my issue and the even gave me a complimentary t-shirt that I rock all the time! Will order again.

    I placed an order on March 7, 2025, for JUST ONE BARREL and I was sent another email with the Route App for tracking information. Now it’s March 22, 2025 and still don’t have any tracking activity. After the first week, I emailed them, even though I read where they pretty much threat their customers to take longer with their orders if they have to look into customer’s order status. From the 7th to the 22nd, I believe I’ve been patient and respectful, but now I just want my money back. I wouldn’t want to receive a defective item because I checked on my order status or requested a refund as an alternative. I simply don’t trust this “business” at this point.

    You overcharged me on the Tax for my order my order was $412. But you charged me Tax on $500 . How many people do you overcharge everyday?

    Hello *****, after emailing and sending break down of cost - You were unhappy with taxes you were required to pay from the area your package was shipped. Unfortunately we have to charge tax for every order and this is the customers responsibly - its itemized at the checkout screen. Although we were unable to find an error, we still provided you a full refund out of good diligence.

    Well the cousin company claims to sell quality kits and that's not true I brought two kids from them one and AR-15 that's supposed to have had a mlok handguard instead they sent me a quad rail handguard which change that project entirely had to go and buy and then lock handguard from a local dealer my second experience is with a 9 mm AR kit I said expressly in the comments after I made the order please send me an email handguard and it did that but the quality of the handguard was sub par and the upper receiver itself would not fit any of my lures including a lower values just for testing and it's super loose and it would not fit or have both of the takedown pins being at the same time I've sent them multiple emails on this I have not seen no movement yet they've emailed me back send me pictures or just another I comply with it and still nothing happening all I get is an email back to me stating well maybe your lower is the problem and that's not the case now I think they are just going to run out the clock and refuse to do anything because it's past the 30 day warranty that they gave for sending something back so long and short of this is do not order anything for this company they are not quality I don't know how they managed to get a b ranking at the better Business bureau that should be downgraded to a d so Barbie where they may give you a good deal and they may ship it real fast to you but what they are shipping you is probably some crap that they had on the floor or some junk that they brought from some really low quality company and they're passing it on to you and what's your end up with is either a gun that you can't shoot or gun that will blow up on you

    As of this minute I am so hot??no response from email yes I got a package I ordered on the 5th on the 13th but as most review. Missing part and barrel does not fit my 19 and is useless no crush washer was sent as add said it would be. Never again

    Negative stars. I have ordered multiple times from them. They either have defective product, missing parts, no one answers the phone, have one person tell me one thing and blame it on another. My main problem is im from a state where 80% lowers are allowed and my order will not be canceled. Guess what, my order was canceled and charge me 20% for a cancelation fee. I had enough of this company. You will hear from me again durkin!

    I apologize for the misinformation you were given. It is true that you were told we would ship to Pennsylvania but that was incorrect. Do to some city restrictions and issues with the enforcement agency's in Pennsylvania we do not ship 80% to your state. You were given a 100% refund and I do apologize for the miscommunication on our end. I hope we can earn your business in the future.

    This firm ships quickly, and while that has value, it is of little value when the items shipped do not function properly. I have attempted three times to contact Durkin tactical over a two week period to resolve the matter, only to be ignored. Their phone line is useless, as the recorded message tells customers to use email to contact them. They will also remove negative reviews on their website, which becomes apparent after a purchaser takes the time to review their purchase. I have no plans to allow Durkin to ignore me, and I will be reaching out to the local chamber about them as well.
