    The tube threading is damaged or imperfect. The castle nut will not screw on past this point, even with some force. It will not go on. The castle nut is not the issue, I used the castle nut on other buffer tubes and it screws on like butter. The threading for buffer tube I received is faulty/inadequate. Additionally, I used other castle nuts and they do not screw on the tube past that point. Seeking a remedy to this situation.

    I ordered a build kit and first thing I found was the gas tube would not fit into the gas key. I own a few other AR rifles and it would not work with any of my other BCG's. I bought another gas tube locally and then found the BCG would lock in battery. I tried this BCG in a couple other guns and it wouldn't go into battery.
    All I want is an exchange for these two parts. I have emailed Durkin twice and received no reply. I tried calling several times and only get a message.

    Durkin contacted me and ask me for pictures of the faulty product for some strange reason. There is no visible issue it's a performance and fit issue. I did send them pictures but have not heard back from them.

    I placed an order for ammo for $150, expedited shipping was $20. Plus tax. I paid them $183, fulfilling my end of the transaction. The following day they emailed me saying that shipping was supposed to be $99, and that I needed to pay an additional $79 or they would cancel my order. I told them that shipping was $20 on the purchase order and that I expect them to hold to that. They canceled my order without consent, and issued a refund of $172, which isn't even the full amount. I feel that they have violated the transaction contract that we entered into by me paying in full. I would like my order of ammo to be shipped to me at the $20 shipping charge.

    Customer found a way to go around the $99 shipping cost on our 1000 rounds of ammo and we notified customer of options of $/cancellation and refund. 

    Durkin Tactical reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.. for any reason. This is listed in the terms and conditions that the customer agrees upon at checkout.

    Placed an order with Durkin on 2/26/25, a couple of days later I received an email saying my order shipped. Waited two days to check the status from the tracking number received from USPS. Status states “ Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending”. This message has been there since 3/3/25.
    Contacted Durkin for an update, they blamed it on USPS system.

    Customers package was shipped from our warehouse on 3/2/25. We understand this is very frustrating for the customer. Once a package leaves our warehouse we rely on the integrity of the carrier and there were no updates on tracking for a week an a half. After several weeks (thousands of our customers affected by USPS delays) the package was delivered on 3/20/25. This has been resolved as the customer has received there order.

    I ordered an upper kit on February 26 2025. I was given a tracking number for the package on March 3 2025. After contacting USPS they investigated the tracking number on their end. The package with that tracking number was never received by USPS. I have emailed 3 times with no response from them in anyway. If you try to call the phone number on their website, it plays a recording saying they are not taking phone calls at this time. Seems to be they are taking the money and not shipping out the products.

    I ordered an item (rifle upper receiver) from Durkin Tactical on November 25th and, upon receipt of shipment, found it to be defective, out of industry-standard specifications, and dangerous to use. I've contacted Durkin's Customer Service Department (per the directions on their website) multiple times over the past month to request a replacement and/or refund, and have yet to receive any response. I'd like to resolve the matter ASAP. Requesting assistance. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: I had contacted Durkin Tactical multiple times, via phone and email, over a period of 2 months with no response from their customer service department. I then sent the item back via USPS Ground Advantage and notified them via email that it had been sent back. Durkin Tactical finally contacted me, only AFTER I had notified them that the item was returned. I have yet to get any confirmation that they received the returned item, nor did they issue a replacement or refund, per my request. I eventually opted for a chargeback from my credit card company. Durkin Tactical continues to use false claims to challenge the credit card chargeback, which is now in dispute. This business is a scam, plain and simple.

    Have bought several kits and items from Durkin Tactical. Recently purchased a kit for 300 BO, and the barrel was defective. Contacted them and they were not very responsive to begin with, and when they finally did, issued an RMA to return the barrel for a new one.. Sent the barrel back expecting a new one fairly quickly. They have not responded, and have not responded to me, and they have my bad barrel. Continue to reach out with no response. This has exceeeded 2 months since this started. This is a $350 order which is useless at this point without a barrel, on top of the $1500 in other orders I have placed as a customer. Only looking for a replacement or upgraded barrel of the defective one they sold to me originally. Aside from the obvious that the product kit is useless at this point, the fact that they took the defective barrel and have not replaced is essentially theft.

    I purchased an upper build kit from durkin tactical on 10/6/24 it’s now 10/15/24 I have yet to receive any shipping emails no tracking number nothing. everything is the same as the day I placed it, I’ve tried multiple times to contact the company by phone and by email a few times no response whatsoever at this point I would just like a refund if not at least my package to get here

    Customer reached out requesting shipping information on the order-- at our checkout screen and order confirmation emails we provide a current estimated time to process and ship orders currently it reads "As of 2024, MOST regular orders are shipping in 1 to 2 weeks. MOST expedited orders are shipping within 1 week. 
    Please note: Expedited Shipping DOES move you up in the shipping queue but DOES NOT guarantee a ship date. NO refunds will be given for shipping." Customer purchased standard shipping and order has been shipped 10/22 and ordered on 10/6 within the 2 week timeframe, we do apologize for the delay in response but this doesn't result in a refund from the merchant for product that has already been fulfilled and shipped out.

    Aug 23 2024 brought AR15 kit from durkin tactical spent 350. Spent 20 on expedite shipping, spent another on the route shipping package. September 5 2024 I don't have a tracking number. Nothing getting no response and they stole my money. You can see from the picture provided that they stole my money and this is a scam

    I placed an order with this company and after 3 days of trying to reach somebody to fulfill a cancellation request they refuse to cancel and give me back my money. This is not acceptable and they can’t hold my money while dragging out the process of shipping. They haven’t processed my refund nor have they sent my order. I tried to be mature about this but I refuse to have them holding my money without sending my product.

    They requested for the order to be cancelled and refunded - We stated we are unable to add, edit, or cancel an order as stated policy in our terms and conditions that was agreed upon at checkout. Our shipment takes on average 1 week to ship the order, customer order was shipped and tracking number was provided.

    We understand that frustrations can arise, but we kindly ask our customers for communication that remains respectful and constructive. We do not tolerate the use of profanity towards our staff or in any interactions with our company. Due to the language used in your emails (Please see attached) we have banned from making future purchases on our website.
