    I Purchased furniture from big lots & used bungii Delivery service. I purchased a bed. The bed was damaged during transportation. The drivers did not state or indicate that there was any issues. I originally contacted the store to advise them of the damage item and needing to return it Because it was delivered I had to find a way to get it. Returned back to the store so I contacted Bungii again to see if they will pick the item up and take it back to the store. They stated in order to not be charged for them picking the item back up. I had to contact the store and have the store contact them and set up that arrangement. The store redirected. Bungii. Bungii Then advise me so far a damaged claim. The only two ways to contact the damage claim department is by a toll-free text number that you cannot call and through a email email correspondence took me more than two days to report damage. I advise them that I had to go back-and-forth with the store to figure out where the damage came from had been determined that it was damaged by the drivers because the store manager advised me that she personally helped the associate break down the item and everything was fully intact with no issues today April 11. I have been emailing and texting. Bungii since April 5 with no status updates. When I called the one 800 delivery number they only direct me back to the email address and the toll-free texting number. The days are getting further and further behind where I will not be able to return the item either to the store or is going to stay they are unable to provide a solution because of the timeframe it took to notify them about the damage. Keep in mind I am a woman so of course I did not know that the item was damaged until it was time to actually assemble the bed. I did not assemble the bed when it arrived because I was waiting for the mattress to arrive from a separate store this bed is for my teenage son, I am very unhappy

    The drivers were great! Very nice and helpful.

    My issue was payment. We went 15 minutes over the time estimate and my fee doubled. I tried to call multiple times to resolve the issue but no one answered the phone. I disputed with my CC but Bungii has language that they can charge for overtime so I’m out of options.

    I signed up to be a driver. I bought all the required equipment and when I started receiving offers the pay was extremely low for the required work. This should be illegal. They were offering $47 to transport a pallet of tile weighing 2500lbs. $47 to load, deliver and unload. This is crazy. And the pick up and delivery was 80 miles away from my location.

    1-The offer they make for a delivery is not the minimum guarantee. They deduct part of your earnings with no notice.2-The little they should pay you depends on whether they are paid by their customers or not, and you can't even verify if they are paid. They currently owe me two deliveries earnings.

    This has to be one of the worst delivery apps. They pay their drivers peanuts while they profit heavily. Unload ****lbs manually and you may get $80. Deliver a 75inch TV or a Large sectional couch and you may get $35. Sooner or later the desperate delivery workers for this low wage company will figure out that their only working for gas money and a sandwich.

    Absolutely horrible. I am 100% glad they denied me they showed me who they really are by doing so. They have a seven year no felony policy no problem Im over 10 years I applied. I complied with all of their equipment requirements. Spent a bunch of money I didnt have doing so just for them to turn around and deny me for a summery offense 8 YEARS AGO. This company is clearly disorganized. I bent over backwards spending all kinds of money to do this job that I dont have and was truely excited to continue moving forward with my life just to be shot down for something stupid and when I inquired about it all they kept saying was contact checkr to dispute when I made it 100% clear that my report was accurate. If you do apply I hope your experience is much better than mine. They lost an employee that would have took every single job and someone that would have really cared about doing it the right way.

    Bungii was supposed to deliver a 250lb vanity. They show up after no phone call and with the item far up in the air in a truck. They told be that I had to help them lift it down.They were scheduled to deliver this because we could not lift! Driver was very rude and drove off with my product The store contacted Bungii and this time I was assured there would be 2 people, with the expectation that they needed to carry it in. After all I paid $90 for the service After multiple days and failed re- schedule attempts, we still do not have anything and they will not promise We have cancelled the service, and will rent a low height U haul trailer where we can slide it on and off and use a dolly. We will have to get some help inside later.Their business model is poor. They apparently do not hold drivers to any time or standards. I suspect this has a lot to do witj the $$ the company pockets and the peanuts they pay drivers
