    I've used this service for 2 years now... It was great at first but the past 6 months they don't seem to have enough help... I understand that because that's the case with many struggling businesses... My problem is that I've used them dozens of times for flooring products delivery... Now today they claim there's a "rule" where they can't do flooring for individuals or small businesses, just for the big box stores only... Why is that? They claim that's always been the rule, I've just never been caught?? I call BS and pure laziness...

    So my experience last night was beyond frustrating and I was completely disappointed! I was told by text that instead of the 1 driver we requested we had to have and pay for 2 drivers and 2 trucks. I ended up authorizing that because we had already cleared out our living room furniture and were expecting to receive our new full set. I spoke with the manager at the store the furniture was to be picked up from at 6:35 pm the 2 drivers were supposed to pick up at 6:45pm, according to the store manager only 1 driver showed up at 7:10pm. This driver had a strong smell of weed, wouldnt help the store associates carry the two piece couch sectional to the truck or load it for that matter. After 1 side of the sectional was as in the truck the driver told the associates that he wasnt taking the other piece to take it back in and he would come back another time. WHAT???!!! Meanwhile driver number 2 never showed and was to pick up a recliner and ottoman. All of the items were left at the store. When the 1 driver arrived at our home he smelt of weed and helped my husband carry 1 side of the sectional couch into the house took pictures and said he didnt know anything about another driver or anymore furniture. He still left with a tip as we were expecting a 2nd truck and driver to show up with the rest. I called the store manager again and she said 1 driver showed up wouldnt help and refused to take more than the one piece. She also said that he smelled heavily of weed and was very rude. I text bunji to tell them all of this and they said that both drivers showed and that the store told them that they only had 1 piece of our furniture which is an outright lie. They said it was too late and it would take too much time to investigate the matter further. In the meantime they charged our card double and basically called it a day. The store manager said that they will be pulling all of the camera footage of their encounter with the 1 driver and reporting to their district manager.

    The service is bogus. Two different drivers showed up in unmarked vans with no credentials. I tried to upload photos of items I needed to move to a storage unit, and I was informed that they couldn't do that because "it was out of our scope." If I wished to hire them and pay them under the table, they would return and do it after hours. I was charged multiple times for "cancellation fees" initiated and deemed by Bungii. The business is a hoax, unprofessional, and flat-out lied about what they will and will not do. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this "business".

    Terrible company i was trying to work for them and because i couldnt listen to the video on my phone they denied my application. I have never heard of such also this was after they have my personal information.

    Terrible experience. I ordered tile from a reputable tile store. They contracted with Bungii to provide me with "white glove service." Upon arrival at my home, the driver refused to provide "white glove service" and would not bring the 750 lbs of tile into my home. Instead, he proceeded to unload my tile on my lawn, tossed the gigantic pallet by my trash can, and when I called the tile store, their manager told this man they paid for "white glove" delivery and he needed to bring it in my house. The driver said no and just took off, leaving me -- a woman who lives alone with 750 lbs of tile on her lawn. Completely unacceptable service! I would never use them or recommend them to others.

    Terrible company to work for. They get paid 2.5 times what they pay the drivers just for being the middleman. I worked for them and on one run what they paid me didnt even cover the gas I used and when I asked for more the offered me $31 more so I worked 6 hours driving 100 miles into the mountains of ******** and back for $25 after paying for fuel. I also complained about payment on other deliveries and was quickly removed from their platform. Dont pay a middleman when you can find quality drivers on your own.

    The support at Bungii is aweful! I was given a price and then the driver added a change of drop off location fee without me changing the dropoff location. The driver texted me saying he will fix it in the system but he didnt. Instead the company charged me for a loading and unloading fee when in fact it was a simple frame and I went to his vehicle to retrieve it. In essence this is a fraud because the driver still charged for his error and the company is perpetuating the fraud by classifying the charge as a unload/load fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
