    Paid for new, received open box proof research barrel, paid $569. Asked for refund, Ross, shipping manager, and Mr. Joseph B*******, (owner) denied stating its common for plastic pack sealed by proof research would open. I contacted proof research and they said they hadn't had any complaints in reference to thier packaging opening or be open upon arival from Joe bobs or customers.A plastic machined sealed package, packed in a box, then packed in another box, both with packing bubbles and paper in each box??? You decide. Building a high dollar precision prs competition rifle you should have some expectations. As a customer, you shouldn't have to be charged a fee of $85.35 for this, they call it restocking fee, and pay $26 for return shipping and insurance, it's unethical. Would you want a credit with these people to go threw this again, purchasing future products with them. I'd hope you have enough common sense and do business elsewhere. I think Mr. Joseph B******* has spred himself thin with expanding businesses in Blackhawk Motorsports, HayTees, Joe bobs Outfitters, and New Age Services. Seems money may be an issue, you have been warned in dealing with Joseph B*******.

    Did a Google search for "something" ($250.00) and JoeBobOutfiters showed it in stock. Have NEVER heard of them, so did some MORE searching about THEM. Saw ALL the positive reviews and figured I would take a flier with them. Perfectly legit! Shipped the next day, here 2 days later! Thank you guys! Will be one of my 1st searches from here on out! Thank YOU!!!!!

    Received a Spartan Receiver, installed on gun, shot perfectly, no issues, Then I went to install an optic on the picatiny rail and it mounted but was loose, No matter how much adjustment I made it would not secure. I bought 2 of these at the same time. I took the other one out of the box and the optic mounted to that one perfectly. I reached out to Joe Bobs Customer Service, and through discovery with a micrometer, it was determined the one where the optic would not mount was out of spec on the thickness on the bottom side of the rail, and it was this that was keeping the optic from securing to the rail. Several emails to Joe Bob resulted in constant arguing from them that " we have never had a problem" and there is no way it could be out of spec despite several pictures and video provided by my gunsmith. Additional, myself and gunsmith called customer service only to be told they were not interested in speaking with the gunsmith that they only wanted to talk to the customer. I would highly not recommend buying anything from this company.

    Joeboboutfitters does NOT back up anything they sell.
    bought a RRA trigger from them and it was completely faulty (I sent pics and vids to them proving it was and they agreed it was faulty). I went to return it immediately after arriving and they refused. They told me I needed to reach out to RRA and go through warranty with them. 10 plus emails later I finally got it through there thick skulls that I just wanted to return it and they told me I had to pay a 15 percent restocking fee and if its not exactly packaged the way I got it, they will refuse it.
    So they sent me a broken part I paid 70 dollars for, admitted it was faulty, and wouldn't let me return it. I think I had lost a tiny zip lock bag so I wasn't confident in packing it back up perfectly. All of this over a 70 dollar trigger.

    Customer had issues with a product. However, we were unable to troubleshoot further so looped in the manufacturer as it seemed more likely to be tolerance stacking vs a trigger problem as the customer state. The manufacturer offered to bring the entire assembly back in-house to ensure the product(s) were all working properly and safely. The customer refused and literally stated, " Hey I just want to return the trigger I don't want to send it to Rock River and do all that, I'll pay a restocking fee if I need to. ".

    Then the customer got upset because there would be restocking fee... The manufacturer of just (1) of the primary components was willing to do extensive troubleshooting after we already did extensive troubleshooting, "All of this over a 70 dollar trigger". We've sold tens of thousands of milspec triggers over the year and have never had this issue before so additional investigation was and is warranted.

    Regarding order # ******* ordered November 29, 2022. We still have not received the order items and the response is "we have done our job and the post office is at fault". Unfortunately, the ownership needs to realize is that they are in control of who they use for shipping because they hire them, not the customer. Still have not received items. I emailed three times, and the only response is that they deleted my account. All other competitors would have resent items.

    Unfortunately, shipping delays do happen and are outside of the control of a shipper or recipient. Likewise, shipping delays are also much higher during severe weather events or during the holiday season. You selected the cheapest shipping method possible, at $4.99. The cheapest shipping methods typically take longer in transit and also have a higher risk of delays since they're a lower priority. As explained, we have filed a missing mail claim on your package. However, we will need to let the process work itself out. We responded to all of your emails and we e answered all of your phone calls over this $20 order.

    Talking to Joe the owner is like talking to a non-human. He has no humanity.

    He just keeps rebuffing logic like a force field, at no time achieving anything or acknowledging anything.

    Not an ounce of humanity or genuine courtesy. A responsibility deflecting machine.

    I bought six 80% lowers and made the mistake of putting my home city on the address instead of my bordering PO box city.

    Everything else, including zip, was correct for the PO Box. Joe only allows your merchandise to ship through *****.

    ***** driver claimed to have called me and heard from me to deliver to an address I last lived at in 2004/5.

    I did no such thing. The driver must have looked me up on the internet and sent it to the first address that came up. Rather than actually call my number in the shipping manifest or Joe Bob Outfitters.

    ***** never recovered the package, the resident kept it for me and I will pick it up tomorrow.

    Joe and Stacy just kept telling me from the delivery date of July 1st until today that ***** was investigating the matter.

    Tomorrow will make it my second 135 mile round trip to this city that I used to live at.

    And Joe acts like I deserve to lose my money and wait forever for an non-existent investigation, because I got a city name wrong.

    Then he will just go round and around when challenged with the fact that ***** rates one star on Reseller.com for the fact that they lie and steal.

    That is who Joe subjects his customers to and he will never admit it.
