    Tina B This company is terrible. Always something either the truck is broken, they are short of help you name it they got it. Trash sits for weeks a time and they do not follow up even after you speak with them. They assure you that your account will be taken care of since you have paid and you still have your trash sitting at your curb. Since the airing on the news my trash has been sitting for at least two weeks. Its almost like they are punishing the customer for their bad service.

    From July to now.september my trash picked up only 2 times.have made several calls to see wat the problem was cuz the bill was paid up.well here we sit and every day when we called we don't get a human. They just won't answer us anymore.point is I was paid up now I have a outstanding bill for 60.00 and they won't get it.the animals are getting into my trash that's not in a container and I'm tired of picking I up trash in my yard.so now I have some trash inside of shed.im done with these people.they flat out suck.we have switched to ****************

    Didn't pick up our trash for 8 weeks out of the previous quarter, not all at once but spread out. then the past two weeks they didn't pick up our trash. We called to complain and they gave us the run around. They then lied and said the 8 weeks would be credited to our account which it wasn't. And they are refusing to pick up their trash cart. We will not continue to use their service any longer.

    I don't know where to begin? I'm beyond angry. This has been the worst trash ever! Unreliable *****, I'm constantly calling for an issue like my trash not being picked up as scheduled my pick up day is on Monday yet I was told on Tuesday it would be picked up on Wednesday ******************** The trash remains at my curb at this very moment. If I had the resources I would gladly shut this place down permanently!!! 😠😡🤬
