I have been going back and forth with kwikom communications about a Internet line that has been laying across my yard. My wife and I has had them for two months. The technician came out to install boxes and ran the internet cable to get the service going and hooked up on March 27 2025. The technician then finished setting up the internet and I asked him if he was going to bury the internet cable and he responded back with we don't bury the cable they go through a company called yeti to bury the cable and they will be out in two weeks to bury the cable. Now our service started on March 27th 2025 and they are now giving my wife and I run arounds on the service.Business Response

service installation. At KWIKOM, it is our standard practice to have
underground lines buried within two weeks of installation scheduling.
Unfortunately, in your case, we did not meet that standard, and we recognize
that this situation has caused frustration.
After reviewing your account, we confirmed that the
temporary cable was buried on May 17, 2025. However, a technician was not
scheduled to complete the necessary cutover to the newly buried permanent
line—a step that should have occurred promptly after the burial. This oversight
contributed to continued confusion and the impression that the job had not been
completed.
Additionally, further investigation revealed that there
were two separate accounts listed under your address, which added to the delay
in properly tracking and resolving the issue. When our team visited your
property on May 19, we were informed that you may have switched to a different
provider, and at that time the temporary surface cable had already been
removed.
To ensure closure, we dispatched a technician on June 5
to reassess the situation and confirm the current service status. We are
committed to addressing any remaining concerns and would still welcome the
opportunity to continue serving your household if you choose to remain with
KWIKOM.
We appreciate your patience and apologize again for not
resolving this more promptly. Please feel free to reach out to our support team

Kwikcom trenched my yard, broke 2 sprinkler water lines and wires. Let water flood yard and street for 3 hours, I had to shut off the meter. Now they are refusing to fix it. UnacceptableBusiness Response

After gathering the details, Kwikom repaired the broken water line at its expense. The customer is also sending us his water bill to compensate for water that ran during the time of the cut. ****** emailed *** ******** on 5/1/2024 offering to have a driveway contractor look at her driveway to determine the cause of cracking and provide an estimate for repairs. A voicemail was also left with *** ******** at the number provided indicating we sent her an email on 5/1 containing this information. It was communicated she is welcome to call or email if she has any questions or concerns or if it is o.k. for Kwikom to send a driveway contractor to determine if the crack is due to settling or the tire from the Kwikom van.Customer Answer

In regards to account number *****.
Kwikcom arrived on March 17th 2023 to install internet services at my home. Previous residents had services so instalation tech said all that was needed was switching modems and transferring radio on satellite to my name. Paid $****** at this time ($***** instalion) and one month of prepaid internet for 3/17/23-4/16/23. I later that day called to upgrade to a higher plan for faster speeds and paid an additional $*****..
On 3/31/23 my internet quit completely. Our phones, computers, TVs would not connect to internet just router. Called 4/1/23 tech walked through some troubleshooting options that did not work, said was not receiving signal from the radio receiver on satellite. Scheduled service call/repair for 4/5/23. On 4/5 service tech informed me his supervisor said the tower holding satellite was not safe to climb for repair.
Suspended service but no refund would be given for what had already been paid for.
Between 4/8 and 4/12 I communicated with kwikom regarding me renting a Boom at my cost so they could get to satellite safely and repair. Arrangements were made for 4/18 confirmed I would have a 4 hour window. Service tech called 4/18 to notify in route at which time I told him I had it only a certain time and it wasn't going to work out and cancel. I was then called by a supervisor to tell me they will cancel service due to appointment not being properly cancelled.
On 4/10 I was refunded *****. What a slap in the face. I paid over $*** to have 2 weeks of internet.
I feel upon initial installation proper instal did not take place causing this radio communication problem. $** to install router??
Never was I informed the tower was unsafe so repairs would not be done to equipment. This should have been told when the decision to not install new receiver was made. I would have not had installed.
REFUND my install fee, I paid but not installed properly. and at least half my prepaid unused month.Business Response

We regret that a combination of factors did not allow us to safely re-install at the location and that we were not able to fulfill expectations for service. We canceled our service with Kwikom in November of 2021. Just last week, Kwikom showed up without any notification to take the wireless antenna they had installed on my roof, down. As I was at work, I wasn't able to be there when they were doing the work. When I got home I noticed they took down their antenna but left the ungrounded tripod on my roof. Assuming this was just an oversight, I called Kwikom this morning to let them know that the technician took the antenna but left the tripod. They replied that they do not remove the tripod nor the cable that they had installed. I was flabbergasted and thought it had to be a mistake. They transferred me to someone else who also claims that they take their antennas but leave the tripod. I explained to them that they were the ones that installed it and that I expect them to be the ones to uninstall it. They completely refused. So now I am left with an ugly, ungrounded, lightning hazard on my roof that THEY INSTALLED! I have no way of getting to the peak of my roof to even attempt to uninstall it.Business Response

Hello,
It is KwiKom's standard policy to leave any mounting bracket that is bolted into the house for multiple reasons. Once the bracket it bolted to the roof, same as the wire ran on or through your a home, this bracket and wire become part of the property. Additionally we do not remove them, esp. off roofs, to maintain the integrity of the roof, etc. Not only are there holes from the bolts, but shingles, paint on siding, etc. can stick to the brackets after being in the sun for periods of time. KwiKom collects/removes only property of KwiKom which is the CPE (Radio) outside, and the indoor equipment (Power Supply and Router).

Anything that was installed on my house by Kwikom is Kwikom property. At no time was I informed that it would be left behind. This is completely unacceptable. I now have a metal, ungrounded, tripod at the peak of my roof that I am unable to reach. I wonder what could go wrong?? At the very least, you should have used a grinder to cut off everything of the tripod except the feet.Initial Complaint

If KwiKom does what they say then OK,but on July 13th & July 28th they said on the 8th or so every month they processe these batches.I dont think June should count but July 8th & Aug 8th should,I just want our refund.Thanks for your time.
