      BEWARE- We have been trying to get fiber turned on at our house for over 6 months now. We signed up early in March of 24. They installed everything in our house, then cut our existing satellite service because the technician thought the wire was not necessary. Had to take a day off vacation to have satellite company repair their mistake, we were compensated for the repair bill not for taking my own time. Around a month later the same technician comes back out and says they did not install a box across the road so they cannot install our service until they install a box across the road. 3 months later we are still waiting instalation of this box, no communication on when that will happen. If you are a rule customer please weight your options, their customer service is okay and they are nice enough people and apologetic. Their scheduling and service side is horrible, I can't image how it would be if we were able to get service turned on and lose it to an outage.

      We are very sorry for the delay experienced. This was on us. Construction of the fiber network was completed in your area within the last year. When we came to install it the first time, we observed there was finishing work that had not been completed. We put in the order to do the finish work, but failed to synch with you once that finish work was completed. We recently completed the service installation and hope you enjoy our fast and reliable fiber network. Once again, we apologize for the delay.

      If you have another option for internet choose it. In three months since having service installed it has lost connection for two days or more several times. The fiber cable is laying on top of the ground not trenched in still after three months.
      And when service inevitably drops service techs can only come out if an adult is home during a five hour time frame. Even though the issue is outside the house.

      Do not waste your time with Kwikom service is terrible. Customer Service is a joke, I tried to work with them and they wouldn’t even call me back.

      They recently started putting fiber optic in my area and i signed up for it early. i had the equipment installed early October as it was suppose to be done on the 31st of October and activated. November 2nd comes around and they call to activate my service only to tell me they haven't finished it at my complex. fast-forward a few weeks. and 2 more crews out here later. i get another call saying its all done and we can get me up and running. they still cant find my equipment and send a tech out on the 21st of November. he looks around and finds out they haven't spliced the wire to the building itself in any of the apartments so i have to wait yet again. they have no eta on when it will be done here. they cant seem to get the construction done within 1 or 2 attempts. The tech also said he is afraid of the wiring they put inside the apartment if it was the sub contractors due to the fact if they messed that up id have an even longer delay. id hope to get it done before December but the chances of it are looking slim and they have made it look very terrible on their part to my neighbors in my apartments. they don't seem to have any communication at all and cant be depended on to get the work done right in the time frame they give you at all.

      Have had kwikkom for almost 4 years. Only one concern that was taken care of immediately. The customer service is very good. Highly recommend!

      Great service, can't say enough good about Shaun trouble shooting our problems with inconsistent internet connection. It was somewhat of a mystery if you will but he worked tirelessly until all was working properly. Long afternoon for Shaun but we appreciated his smile and positive attitude as he searched for the problems and got them corrected. Thank you Shaun!

      I am a new customer(2 months of service) I’m having my second weekend with no internet service. Last week I was without internet from Friday to Tuesday. Tuesday they came and gave me a new router. Today is Saturday (a week later) and again no internet and nobody works at customer service on Saturday after 7pm.
