      On 08/21/2024 I had an appointment at The Eye Doctors in Salina, KS. I ordered glasses that were to include the blue light blocker in them. I returned to the office on 09/07/2024 to pick up the glasses but they were incorrect, they did not include the blue light blocker. The employee that served me was rude and accused me of telling her initially to remove the option from the lenses. I held firm that I had included that speficially because I need it for work. She could see that she had added that to one screen on the order, but it did not carry over in the final order. She said she would "lab fail" the glasses, get the issue corrected and ship the glasses to me because I live an hour away. I hadn't heard anything for some time, so I called back 10/02/2024, to request a refund because I still do not have the glasses. She said that she had no problem refunding me, but would charge me an equivalent restocking fee for the glasses. There was no manager available to resolve this issue. The same employee made an error on my order, was completely rude to me when I was in the office to pick the glasses up the first time, and is lying to cover her mistake by saying I asked for the option to be removed when I did not. The company refuses to do a reversal claim to my insurance to reinstate my benefits so I cannot pursue getting glasses with anyone else and they want to charge me a restocking fee for glasses I have never possesed.

      i ordered a new pair of glasses on Friday, 28Jun2024. Then the very next Monday, 1Jul2024, I cancelled my order because I found an old pair of glasses. I have called on 1Jul2024 and was told to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund to my credit card. Since then, I have called at total of seven times and the last time, 26Aug2024, I was told it would now be 10-12 weeks for a refund. So, once again, I called today 9Sep2024 and talked to *****. She said she would look into it and email someone today reference my situation. I informed her that I was going to contact the BBB and/or the Kansas Attorney General to file a complaint.

      Had an eye exam appointment December 29th 2022. Provided my own brand new frames, which they sent to their lab for lenses. The lab broke my frames. Did not send them back so I could see the damage. I was offered a choice of only 2 comparable frames to replace them. I chose a pair, with the agreement to have lenses similar to the ones I originally provided (oval). I finally got a text that they were ready March 8th 2023. They were not at all as agreed upon. They were large rectangle lenses. Now I am being told they cannot offer me any other frames unless I pay the difference between what they offered. They also accept no responsibility for my damaged frames, even though I never signed a waiver of liability. So this all seems like a quick scam to force me to pay for their frames, to make more money off of me. Long story as short as possible. It has been over 2 and a half months and I still have no glasses, no refund, and a lawsuit for refund and medical damages may be the only option left. I would like to be refunded what I already paid them, as well as compensation for the frames they destroyed without returning to me.

      Two pairs of eyeglasses
      Said they'd have them to me in 18 business days. I've worn two different pairs a week each and both times they've turned out to be the wrong prescription in the lenses. I went back for a prescription recheck on 8/11. Turns out the prescription was wrong. So not only cannot make a pair correctly but the prescription turns out not to be right either. Both pairs were supposed to be in today on 8/17. I call and they don't have them and have no idea what I'm talking about. It's 8/17 today. I STILL don't have my glasses. I thought the DM was going to help me but that doesn't seem to be working either. Please help me. I used my insurance and gave them my money. I can't afford to get another exam. And I'm going to lose my job from taking time off work to go there. I've been treated rudely by the business manager Kirsten. I just want to be able to see. I ordered them on 7/5! It's 8/17. Way past the survive level agreement. I've given them every chance! Please help me.
