We had A1 sewer come out from a recommendation. We are young homeowners that have never had a septic system, and this company used that to their advantage. Instead of communicating with us that they were not pumping out the correct tank, they emptied the wrong one and took our money. When we were told by our neighbor that they had emptied the wrong tank, we contacted A1 to find a resolution to our problem. The lady on the phone proceeded to yell at my husband on the phone and tell them that it would then cost another service plus more ($450) to have them come back out to pump the correct tank. At this point there has been no resolution from A1.

Customer told driver directly on the phone that there were only two tanks. Babysitter onsite showed driver the two exposed openings. Customer said that because we are the experts, we should have known there was a 3rd chamber that needed to be pumped. That tank/chamber was not exposed and he is upset that we pumped the other two chambers and not the main. I offered to come back at a continuation of gallons charge and he said no. He will dispute the charges with his CC company.

5 starsAbsolutely great service. I was leaving to go out of town for a few days when the septic alarm went off. Called and they came right out and fixed. I didn’t even need to be home. 5 starsI’ve used A1 for the past few years they’ve worked on my rental homes. Recently I had them out to my personal house.

4 starsI had a backup at my home's connection to the outside line. It was a lot more difficult clog to clear than I originally thought. A-1 sent a young man named Andrew out. He spent quite a while working on it, but eventually got it cleared. He was polite and full of information. He let me watch while he worked so I could learn. 5 starsI've had A-1 out three or four times and I gotta say, these guys are the best. They are extremely courteous and are more than willing and able to fix whatever I call them out for. 1-Responsive receptionist
2-Quick response with timely updates from the sewer technicians as to when they will be arriving
3-The same crew dispatched each time which makes the job more efficient. This is really a big deal and they do it !!
4-Clean work area when complete
5-Polite and wonderful to speak with.
6-Fixed the problem in one visit !!

5 starsWe have used A-1 Sewer several times over the years. The technician arrived when expected. Our blocked sink drain line was quickly opened and the area cleaned up very effectively. The technician was very friendly and answered a few questions we had on potential blockage causes.
