    Both technicians from A1 Sewer were on time and professional. My main sewer line was accessed quickly and the camera inspection was done in about 15 minutes. The good news and the good news was there was no obstruction and the line is in good shape.

    We had our sump pump go out during a heavy period of rain this week. A-1 Sewer and Septic Service, Inc., came to our rescue. They were able to come within 24 hrs and had a new pump installed within two hours. Our plumber, DeMonte was courteous, friendly, and very efficient. Thanks to him, we were ready for the next downpour. We highly recommend their company and will use them again when the need arises.

    A-1 sent Isaac to clear my main line drain. The drain was quickly completed at a very fair price. Isaac was knowledgeable, friendly and did a thorough job to not just open the line but made sure to completely clear the drain line!

    This is the first home I've owned with a sewer grinder pump and the alarm went off. I called A-1 and they sent Brian out within a few hours to assess the problem. He made some immediate recommendations and said he'd be back out the next morning to get a full estimate.
    True to his word, Brian came back out the next morning wtih John on a pump truck to eliminate the immediate problem and see what further could be done. Unfortunately, my grinder pump had completely stopped working. Fortunately, Brian was able to come out with help from Joe and they replaced it.
    I was impressed that Brian kept me informed each step of the way. He explained why he was doing what he was and how it would help. Though I don't know much about plumbing, I could tell from the before and after that not only did I get a new pump, but a much better one with an improved set-up as well.
