  I have used A-1 Sewer and Septic Service for the past 20 years. (My system must be run every other year due to trees.) The service is always excellent.

  Very good service. Called late morning to have main line cleaned and someone was here by early afternoon. Very polite and asked a lot of questions so he knew the full problem. He explained everything as he was doing it and was very professional. Took time to clean the garage floor when he was done.

  Excellent service and easily recommend this company.Had a backup in our septic line and ****** the technician sent by A-1 Sewer and Septic on Friday July 28 2023 after a phone call at 2:45 PM did a professional and effective job at clearing the line which was blocked by tree roots in fact we plan to have ****** come once a year for a preventative service.

  I called A1 and scheduled an appointment to have our septic tank pumped. We arranged a date that worked for ** and the Monday of that week they called me to let me know the day and time they would arrive. The driver showed up, was very friendly and professional. He did a great job, didn't leave behind any mess, so I was happy with the company and the driver who came to do the work. I would recommend A1, if anyone needs to have their septic tank pumped...

  Great service, called and they were out next day, did exactly what they said and saved me 2500-3000$ from previous plumber that was out, totally will use again!!

  Poor service, quality and customer **********************. I called A-1 to clean out my main drain line. I informed A-1 that I had already had my plumber try to clean out 100ft, so I would need them to be prepared to go out further than that for the cleaning. The technician arrived and informed me that his inspection line was damaged from a previous job and would not be able to complete the job. He told me he would have to have someone else come out the following day. He informed me that the second visit would be included in the price I already paid for the first visit as it wasnt my fault his line had broken prior to his arrival. The technician came out the following day and still wasnt able to complete the job. I had to leave before they were done on day 2 and found out they had a left a complete mess and did not clean up after themselves. The photos attached show what their technician left behind. To top it all off, I was charged for TWO service calls (after they had promised I wouldnt be charged for their mistake). When I talked with customer ********************** to explain they said they would not refund me and could only offer me a free service in the future. I will not be using them again. They have been unprofessional to work with, did not honor their word on pricing and I would not ever recommend them.
