  Have a problem with my septic system. ****** came out and answered all my questions very well. He repaired some burnt wires connected to my tank alarm, and gave me several recommendations on proper maintenance of my system that I will do. They will be returning soon to clear a problem between my aerator tank and pump tank. Highly recommend A-1.

  This is a 2 sided review. Two gentlemen came out to change a kitchen faucet and check on a leak under a bathroom sink (which resulted in needing a new faucet). One of them was a supervisor and the other was in training. They were very professional and answered all my questions, They found that the hose that goes to the dishwasher had a leak and fixed it too. I will probably call them again for future needs. All that being said I feel I must mention that the kitchen faucet and the bathroom faucet are both crooked on the bases and the hot water handle on the kitchen faucet is not on correctly but I don't know if that's their fault or if that's how the faucet came when purchased. All I know is that I had a bad drip in the kitchen before the switch and I still have a drip although not as bad. I also have a "jolt" when turning on the water in the kitchen sink. I would like for them to come back out to fix these things but my husband says don't worry about it. Sorry it's my job to worry so I will. I will use A1 again but I will pay attention to the work they do and check out the item that was fixed to make sure it's the way I think it should be. I do believe that they deserve a 4-5 star rating.

  Had this company come out to clear our main sewer line from tap inside home to city tap across the street due to roots growing into it. After it was cleared and tech left they said they warranty the work for 90 days if it backs up again. I had a second company come to camera the line for quote on pipe relining and found the tech missed a bunch of roots which will cause a back up shortly. Called A-1 back and told them only to be told they would have to charge us again to come back out.

  A-1 responded to an after hours call (not a huge emergency, but a mainline tree root back up) and came out the very next day to clean out the main line in the basement. **** was very professional, fast, and did not try to upsell me anything. I will definitely use A-1 again.
