It took a few phone calls, but when I spoke to CarGuard the agent took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't remotely sound offended I actually had questions. FRUAD. RUN DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION.This company goes by several names- CarGaurd, Vehicle Protection Specialist, and ****************************. There are probably others. The only calls they answer are the incoming "sign up" calls which they will happily walk you through and pressure you into signing up on the spot threatening your ability to come back later and decide. If you do go through with it, they'll charge you immediately even though by law you have 30 days to finalize the choice.If you ever want to cancel good luck - they won't answer or return any calls. If you do happen to annoy them enough to get someone other than the "overflow" department on the line they'll hang up on you as soon as you tell them you want to cancel. This company is a FRAUD and I've filed 2 complaints against them with the appropriate state and federal authorities. STAY AWAY!

5 starsAs long as you are aware of what is excluded from coverage for the particular protection plan you are purchasing, there will be no surprises. Anyone who thinks that absolutely anything that can go wrong with a car will be covered is ****.
