This CAR GUARD company is full of scams a lies. I am a recovering mother I ended up becoming paralyzed for 5 1/2 months after pregnancy. Still recovering I thought I found extra security of something goes wrong with my brand new truck. They send out letters about warranties get you to sign up an pay on the spot. Soon as something happens to your vehicle they give you complete run around. I sent in ******************* invoices on my truck which was on oil change an a window/tire repairs. An still didnt get my truck fixed after they had me send my truck to a dealership of my choice. My truck sat for a month straight they was giving excuses to the dealership just so they didnt have to fix my vehicle. Is hard working citizens dont have money to waste on pointless fraudulent companies like CAR GUARD WORST MISTAKE EVER OUT OF MONEY VERY ANNOYING! I will be shouting out how bad this company is across all radio stations an hopefully news channels as well. Currently hiring a lawyer to get my money back. They dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!

The customer reported the vehicle had struck a large chunk of ice which caused damage to the oil pan causing the vehicle to start leaking oil. The Vehicle Service Contract only covers mechanical breakdown, not outside influences causing damage.

5 starsAt CarGuard, the young girl who provided me with excellent customer care made my day, and I couldn't be happier about it. She was a very educated and polite conversationalist who was also extremely well mannered.
