    I had an extremely frustrating experience with ATI/Test Security. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issue directly, I encountered unresponsive customer service and misleading practices. The company failed to honor its commitments, leaving me without a resolution. I turned to the BBB to seek accountability, as consumers deserve transparency and fair treatment. I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution when dealing with this business.

    Do not buy anything from them. They are a horrible company preying on students. Bought their study guide by accident and immediately asked for a refund, but they don't want to do a refund. Even though I have no use for the study guide, greedy companies like this should not be allowed to do this.

    The proctor left during my exam multiple times. A notification appeared when they did. My exam stopped I was unable to complete it. However, according to them, the proctors have to leave when it’s time for them to get off. They do not wait. No refunds. Scam.
