1 starVery disappointed after doing business with this company. My wife and I chose them due to their 5-year warranty advertised. When it came to poly jacking, the front porch is over a half inch uneven still with their General Manager stated “near perfect results” and was dismissive about a complete failure to lift the back porch. When reached out about how to rectify the 5-year warranty the company has been radio silent.Review fromDebbie G

1 starOn behalf of my mother, I left a negative review on ****** with the hopes of getting the company to act. To summarize, they formally quoted a service to correct a sinking structural support. When the day came to execute the work, the workers on site said it would cost double and left. They never provided a revised quote to fix. They charged my mother $1200 for showing up and did not use any of their heavy equipment. The used a hand shovel to dig around the support which should have been done during the quoting process. After the review, they responded with a lot of words and little action. The rep called my mother and said he could not believe they charged $1200 and would follow-up with the team for a refund. Again, it has been two more weeks and no further communication from them. I do have to note an additional $900 was charged to fix the front sidewalk which is fine although it was not the primary objective of soliciting their service. Third piece is they tore up the lawn in several spots driving on and off the driveway; not at the job site but halfway up the driveway. Not a major deal although it was quite obvious and they did not mention it the day of "service."Review fromRon S

This company is the worst company to deal with. Because my estimate wasnt $15,000 they decided to just not send one and decline the business. The sales person ***** was the most unprofessional person Ive ever had the experience with. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We went out to do a free inspection at 1pm *** was very impatient and abusive towards our sales rep even after we gave him a verbal quote onsite of $400 to $1000 to do the work. He would not answer any phone calls to discuss his issues. He told me he was trying to ruin our reputation all because we decided based on our interactions that he would not be the type of customer we wanted a business relationship with. Cost had nothing to do with our decision not to send a quote. We live in a free country and have the right to decide who we want to sign a contract with.Review fromScott B

***** is a an awesome professional. ************ came out to bid and follow up with work at our home and I couldn't be more impressed. Very personable, honest and up front in bid and work outlook. I was told I would have my bill corrected for work that I did and a 5% discount. I received an invoice that had none of the reductions on it. I talked to the salesman over the phone since I couldn't get him to text me or send an email so that I had documentation of what was suppose to be done. I was told that he would look into it and get back with me. He kept trying to call which is hard for me to talk on the phone since I told him I have cancer and am sick. Plus getting radiation, doctors appointments and treatments. But couldn't get a reply. I was told to disregard my next email and he would get it corrected and get back with me. Still no reply. And now I'm finding out that they are going to charge me a late fee for doing as I was instructed to do by word of mouth. No wonder, he didn't want to send me written documentation. During our inspection of a house my fiancé and I purchased we discovered the back foundation wall was slightly leaning forward. Our inspector provided us with the number of Spartan Ram Jack and **** was able to get out and examine the issue within the hour. He clearly explained the process of how the wall would be straightened out with the use of tiebacks and was able to provide an estimate for the project within a day or so. **** helped relieve the stress and worry that comes along with foundation work.
After reviewing estimates from other companies, we decided to have the repairs be completed by Spartan Ram Jack due to being the best estimate that included the additional work that needed to be completed by an electrician and part of a wall in the finished basement being removed. **** was able to get us on their schedule for the week after we closed which was super convenient for us. During the time the project was set to begin, I was clearly communicated with and informed that the project would be pushed to the following week of it’s original start date due to the impending rain in the forecast. I was appreciative of the communication and completely understood based on the project entailed.
The morning of the rescheduled date I was called to inform me the crew was on their way and what time to expect them at. When they arrived they were friendly and again explained what all would be done on the project. The quality of work was excellent and at the end of every day I was walked through the progress that was made and all of my questions were answered. The work was put to the test the following few days with heavy rain and there isn’t any water seeping through the plates that were installed and in addition the minor water leak that was in the garage was also repaired from the work that was completed. We were charged for the exact amount of the estimate; no hidden fees or surprise extra work that “needed” to be completed.Spartan Ram Jack Foundation Repair & Waterproofing

Ram *************** Repair and Waterproofing - St. Louis did a wonderful job repairing our foundation. Even with the setback of his machine breaking down, **** was determined to get ** done on schedule. ************ did a great job installing a new sump pump system with a battery backup. The crew was timely and performed the job with little issues. In the process of adjusting the pump, they dropped an adjustment nut and within a day or so later, they brought a replacement part. I was impressed.Spartan Ram Jack Foundation Repair & Waterproofing
