Our driveway is 15 years old. It's still in nearly perfect condition, but all of the slabs had settled and become uneven over the years. We decided to get the driveway polyjacked before it got any worse. ***** estimated the job for us on behalf of Spartan Ram Jack. I was impressed immediately with his knowledge and professionalism. He also presented us with the best price, and we gave the contract to Ram Jack.
**** was the technician on our job, and his skill and experience were obvious. **** told me that he loved his job. He was on time and a good communicator. As with any major project, there were some snags. **** explained the problems to me in terms I could understand and considered my input in every decision. He had a solution to every setback, and never settled for the easy way out. **** went above and beyond the requirements of the Ram Jack proposal to satisfy my expectations for the project. To be honest, the final product was not perfect, but it would have been unrealistic for me to expect a perfect outcome in a project like this. I am confident that it turned out as good as humanly possible. I would recommend Spartan Ram Jack to anyone looking for an excellent contractor to level up their driveway.

5 starsI had a little settling in my floors and a floor contractor suggested I get someone to look at the foundation. I had one company quote me $6500 and another $24,000 to fix it. The RamJack rep told me I had no problems with my foundation whatsoever. They have my business for life should I need it.Review fromScott K

I hired a construction engineer to make sure I understood exactly what repairs were needed for the foundation under my two-story addition & then started setting appts for bids. I had two appts before Ram Jack came out; one no show & one late by an hour w/no phone call. The company who showed an hour late basically looked around my backyard, laid out a list of things I'd have to do before they came back & then shot out a bid that nearly stopped my heart. I was starting to panic because of the information this company gave me, then ***** from Ram Jack showed up 15 minutes EARLY to his appt & immediately put me at ease by just listening to me & my fears, then he calmly says "ok, let's take a look." At the end he said there was a section that was concerning to him & that he'd like his boss to look at it. The next appt, they both showed up on time & explained exactly what they were concerned about & that they'd like to have a carpenter look at it. The 3rd appt, all three of them showed up on time, went about their business & then gave me the bad news that the whole two-story addition needs to be torn down & rebuilt. The words "lipstick" & "pig" may have been used.
This is a long review I know but I'm hoping to show that the earlier businesses I'd dealt with pretty much rubberstamped me & my house's problem without actually digging into the problem. Ram Jack treated me & my home with respect & in the end, helped me realize that the addition wasn't worth saving. That was a hard truth to hear but their honesty & integrity saved me tens of thousands & I couldn't be more grateful! Hopefully, I'll never need them again but I'll always recommend them!Spartan Ram Jack Foundation Repair & Waterproofing

Been telling many about ************ since ***** came out. He was extremely nice & explained the process. Felt very comfortable with him. When the crew came they too explained everything & also were very nice. On time, very courteous & made sure that I understood the process .The work was done in a timely matter & left no mess.
