    I have been trying to resolve an issue with Everfast since last October. We had service with them and was told we need to change our TV service as they were discontinuing the service. We tried calling and were on hold for an extended time frame so we chose to open a ticket. That was our first mistake as it resulted in us getting a second account so I was paying twice for the same service. Multiple phone calls did not resolve the issue. I had to go to the service center in Lenexa. I thought finally resolved as the new account was fixed properly and credit was given on the old account. I was told the credit balance would be moved to the new account, did not happen. I called and asked for the $400 plus credit balance, Told they would open a ticket and get a response. No response to that phone call. Sent two emails, no response. Today I got an email on the closed old account and they did a debit adjustment to the account and just says miscellaneous. No reason given! Now the credit balance is only $273.00. Worst customer experience I ever had. I just want the credit balance issued, explanation for the adjustment and one account. Barbara B

    You and I talked via email the last couple days and got this resolved. The full 414.32 is being issued to your account as promised, and the charge to the old account previously was just to move the credit to the new account. This will hit your account on your newest bill cycle. If you feel this issue is not resolved or explained properly still, please let me know and I will get you all taken care of.

    Truthfully, I had a rocky start with Everfast Fiber Networks. I was a new customer and was promised 3 months free from a young man who knocked on my door, and didn't get that without calling in. Caitlyn reached out and made sure I had my 3 months free as promised and even got me a credit on my account too! If you are looking to sign up, ask for Caitlyn!

    My phone has not been working for several days and there customer service line also will not ring through. This is completely and absolutely unacceptable and is costing me money by the minute.

    they gave me a quote and i went with another provider, after reading their reviews. 3 months I have a bill from them for services never rendered. I have no equipment, no line was laid, no use of there tv nor internet. Now I am on hold listening to their music for 30 minutes. Buyer beware.

    Recently had to convert to their new tv service, the signal is a lot better than the old garbage. Had theses guys for the last 10 years and I've never had anything better since they ran fiber lines directly to my house. My grandkids convinced me to get their faster speeds and they installed a new router for me for free so we could get the most out of it all. This is where you go for internet that never stops working and a service that never stops giving and evolving to suit your needs.

    This company charged me for cable that I canceled because my bill comes out September 1st and I didn't cancel it till September the 6th but the people there told me I didn't have to pay it'll be prorated but now I do have to pay 124.64 and it made me late which I've never late on anything

Going forward, the only charge to your account will be your active internet service. Again, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had. This matter was not handled correctly or timely and I hope that I have turned this situation around for you.

    Horrible business ethics. I spent over 8 hours on the phone & took multiple days off from work a year ago to have them come out and set up internet & home phone because of issues on their side. A manager called and told me that they were transitioning from CCI to Everfast & convinced me to give them a try & said that the Internet & phone price was a locked price & won't increase. Now a year later and the phone has increased by $12 so I called 3 times & was told that it was a promo for the top 10 calling features & was told that they would remove it and my price would go back down. I called back a week later because the bill hasn't changed and was told by a manager that they can't remove the top 10 calling features and that their website that states their phone plan starts at $20 has to be in bulk. In my opinion that is FALSE ADVERTISMENT!! No wonder why they have a F rating from the BBB.

    Really, ZERO stars. What others have said - if you try to cancel, you have to speak with their "retention department" who never seems to be available. I returned the equipment the day after my first call, and then called them back later on that day. I was then told it can take 7-10 days for them to return my call. It has been 11 days, still no return call. However, they did just bill us for service starting 5 days after I returned their equipment. Make sure you remove any auto-pay setup and remove your credit card from their system before you cancel. Document every call you make. It's also horrible that if you go to their office they won't allow customers inside. You can wait in lawn chairs they setup, or in your car. They have two tables outside for people to "help" you.

    Glad I had my own router because the internet provider didn't have any routers to install. Since I live in an apartment complex I was told that I would receive two months free I had to call to get a credit applied to my account, I have been trying to get my Security code for two weeks now to view my account online and was told they would have to call me back with the code (NO RESPONSE). Record keeping need to straighten out the Billing and Account information from Consolidated Communications.

    Called to Cancel Service... Not because they were bad or anything, but it just doesn't work, the way i need it to (just reality) Unknown to me, calling customer service is a waste of time, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL, unless you speak to their retention dept.... YES SHE ACTUALLY SAID RETENTION DEPT, in other words, you can't leave until we say you can leave... put on hold and nobody was available, so was told THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL (for real) Don't meal, i'll call you, yeah RIGHT... I need to speak to a manager Pat, lovely Pat, said their is nothing he can do (not to me, but to his agent) Would NOT SPEAK TO ME (that's a LEADER of all LEADERS, someone you can look upto as an agent) A person in charge of customer service whom WON'T SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER... Told the agent a was recording this call (a few times, just so i can CONFIRM, she did not object, therefore, the recording is LEGAL) Went over EVERYTHING, one last time, and cannot cancel my service.... This started off pleasant the call, and then went to hell and a handbasket, UNREAL..... This should be interesting as PAT should feel the wrath of this (Hiding from customers when wanting to speak to a manager) That's a Great Corporate Motto!!!
