    Everfast stopped residents' services on 10/24/24. I spoke with Everfast, who stated that I could take my equipment to their office, located around 99th & Lackman in Lenexa, KS. Everfast continued to bill me despite having no Everfast service after 10/24/24! Trying to contact customer service was ridiculous! Around spring 2025, my bill now shows a credit of $48+. I have emailed to inquire on my refund since spring and have never received a response from Everfast. This company has poor customer service and I would really would appreciate having my refund returned to me as my bill reflects! (Copied below) BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

    I set up service with Everfast earlier in the year. The technician wasn't very friendly. I had tons of issues with the service. I scheduled a cancellation. Then someone named Caitlyn called and sweet-talked me into keeping my service. She arranged for me to have a different technician come out. I received different equipment. My service is ok, but nothing spectacular I have been having tons of issues for a while now. I've reached out to Caitlyn, guess what, no response what-so-ever. I called tech support 5 times in 1 day, clearly the 1 or 2 employees working are from another country. I could hear traffic, noises, kids screaming in the background. They could barely hear a word I was saying, and vice versa. I was walked through a basic reset of modem and router, which I had already completed several times. I was told a different technician would reach out to me, but once again, that never happened. This company has the worst customer service ever. I regret ever leaving Google Fiber, now I will have to pay a higher price for my ignorance. Do not ever set up service with EverFast!!

    We’ve reviewed *******'s call and email records and unfortunately couldn’t find any history of contact under your name or number outside of the initial confirmation email between you two, which makes it difficult for us to investigate further. That said, we absolutely understand how frustrating this must be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you would be willing, we would love it if you would send over the dates and methods that you reached out to her so we can investigate further and ensure it doesn't happen again.
