      Date 8/10/2022- amount 248.52 - company’s name LMC TRUCK -I ordered supposedly Prebent exact fit stainless steel brake lines for a 1992 F-150 4x4 standard cab straight 6 cylinder 300 truck. When I finally got them the first piece w fit good the second not at all , it was bent right but the fitting on one end was to small for where it had to screw into. All other parts fit good. I called LMC and explained to them the problem and they kept giving me the run around as what was going to happen as far as getting me the right part.I sent them videos, pictures ,and explanation of why the piece did not fit like they ask . I finally got to talk to someone that got the ball rolling . Well 2-1/2 to 3 weeks later they sent me another piece and it’s bent wrong and STILL has the wrong fittings.I called them back again for about the 5th + time about the wrong piece and they are telling me it’s going to take another 3-5 days to get the correct part maybe. I ordered these parts from this LMC TRUCK because their ad says EXACT FIT GUARANTEED no modernizing needed. I needed to get my truck back on the road by the end of august and here it is and still wrong parts . Now I’m having to get a rental car to go back to work because of false advertising and a place that doesn’t have a very good customer service. I ask if they could reimburse me something to help out with my rental car because they are the ones that have caused this whole issue. If all the parts would have fit like their web site says they do I would have been back on the road last week.

      ******, thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback on your last order.  In reviewing the notes, it does look like we dropped the ball.  We had sent a part, thinking it was what you needed, in the end it was not the correct part.  The part in question is now out of stock.  We do show that you have agreed to having the part returned for a complete refund of what you originally paid.
