    I purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. It is still under factory warranty, and has been in the shop since 2/8/24 with no resolution. They say the delay is with the part, that the manufacturer does not have enough to spare. They have told me 5 times that my car would be ready and it still has not been repaired.

    I purchased a 2014 ***** ****** from max motors April 2022. After driving the vehicle for nine months the transmission and engine stalled. The vehicle was under dealership warranty for twenty-four months. They refused to do repairs without out of pocket expenses and costs. The $******* down payment was not refunded or applied to my new auto-fianance deal. I would like the entire refund back since the vehicle was a lemon.

    Customer originally purchased a 2014 ***** ****** from on 12/20/21. The vehicle had 115602 miles at purchase time. She put $**** down on the unit. She was financed through ****** ******* ******* at ****% with a $****** payment. She returned in late August with complaints about the vehicle. It was taken through our service department and repaired. Customer stated that the vehicle was no longer safe after driving it for 9 months and placing 10,000 miles on it.

    She traded it in on a 2018 ****** on 09/15/2022. Her trade in value offered was $*****. She owed $*****. She purchased the vehicle and was financed through ** ******* ****** *****. There was never a discussion regarding her $**** from the first unit. ****** held the trade in note and was paid off by our dealership.

    In regards to the vehicle number 1 issues-customer brought the vehicle in with complaint of coolant leaking out of vehicle. Technicians used dye to find a cracked coolant bottle and in the process a leak in the oil pan. Coolant bottle and oil pan was resealed and tested. Customer was not charged for this service.

    We traded the customer out of the first vehicle that she was unhappy with. The dealership over allowed a great deal in order to make the deal work with the lender for the customer. We strive for complete customer satisfaction.
