  I wish I could give them negative stars. It started with what I thought was an easy sell. I found a car on their website. I wanted to look at it. I came in the salesman, told me the issues with it said he wouldn't recommend it to a friend or family member. I took that into account and I did not want to purchase that vehicle any longer. I gave him what I wanted in a vehicle.He found a few I test drove one I fell in love with it.We started the process. I was told that they were going through an audit and could not give me the keys today, but they took my title for my trade in car? That was on a Friday. I gave them until Monday as they said. It should be ready Monday or Tuesday. I called on Monday to check the status. They didn't have an update.I waited until tuesday afternoon.Still no update, so I called again still no update. I called Wednesday. The salesman was off. I called Thursday. The finance man was off and still no update. I told them that I was having second thoughts I did not wish to do this anymore. They told me that they were waiting on the bank and the bank was the one dragging their feet. So we called the credit agency asked what was taking so long. We were told by the credit agency that the dealership was missing documents, and they were trying to speak with the dealership multiple times throughout the week and they were getting no answer. So we called the dealership back after that and told them what they were missing and they said that they would figure it out and we said that we no longer wanted the vehicle. I spoke with the salesman again who told me this was past his department and we should not be speaking. He said he let the finance guy know and that he would be getting back to us. Later the salesman called me back and asked if he could bring the vehicle today bring it to me, drop it off if that would make things right(1 wk later)I told him no I wanted my title back and my spouse was on his way to get my title. Now we're fighting to get it back

  Hidden fees!! Listed price online and on car sticker doesn't include already added and non optional accessories...LoJack, warranty, and ceramic coating as told by the salesman. Prepare to pay an additional $2000 over the sticker price, before taxes and fees!!

  The sales people ****************** want to argue and curse at the customers
  
  I bought a ******** and the brakes went out in less than a week
  
  The custom service was horrible
  
  The operational manager was racist *****************
