I honestly don’t get why SYNERPRISE CONSULTING is reporting this debt under my name because I don’t owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didn’t even bother to provide it. It’s frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and it’s just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof? I’m formally dispute the recent actions of Synerprise Consulting, a third-party collection agency, regarding a reported debt in the amount of $1,441 under account number 1*******. Their actions have resulted in an erroneous and harmful entry on my credit report. Upon investigation, I’ve found significant issues: Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA): Synerprise Consulting has failed to provide adequate validation of this debt as required under FCRA Section 609. Specifically: No signed contract exists between myself and Synerprise Consulting. No notice of intent to collect was ever sent by Synerprise Consulting, violating FCRA Section 623(a)(7). No proof of identity (e.g., copy of ID) was provided to validate this transaction. No documented payment history proving the account is past due or in arrears. Violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA): It is apparent that Synerprise Consulting received my medical information from the original creditor, US ********** Partners. Sharing or utilizing my protected health information without explicit consent is a clear breach of HIPAA regulations. Furthermore, I contacted US ********** Partners, the alleged original creditor, and confirmed that I do not have an outstanding account with them. Any previous accounts with US ********** Partners have been settled in full. Synerprise Consulting has failed to adhere to FCRA requirements and has also violated my rights under HIPAA by mishandling my sensitive medical information. These actions are both unlawful and unethical. As an attempt to resolve this matter amicably, I request: Immediate removal of this debt from all credit reporting agencies. Written confirmation that Synerprise Consulting has ceased all collection activities regarding this account. Failure to comply will result in further action, including but not limited to a lawsuit seeking damages of $1,500 per violation under FCRA and additional penalties for HIPAA violations.Business Response

Company did not provide any information requested and gave an invalidate answer. No proof of any transaction or agreements with this company giving them the right to collect an alleged debt.
It is not my job to provide information or ask 3rd parties. I’m asking the company that is attempting to collect debt this because if they can’t provide then these practices are unjustified..

In the month of July 2024, I received a fraudulent claim was placed on my credit report by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING. My information was compromised last year and this is another claim that been placed on my credit report. I do not know of SYNERPRISE CONSULTING and have had no correspondence or communication with them. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S. Code § 1681s–2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies: (2)Duty to correct and update information A person who— (A)regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to one or more consumer reporting agencies about the person’s transactions or experiences with any consumer; and (B)has furnished to a consumer reporting agency information that the person determines is not complete or accurate, shall promptly notify the consumer reporting agency of that determination and provide to the agency any corrections to that information, or any additional information, that is necessary to make the information provided by the person to the agency complete and accurate, and shall not thereafter furnish to the agency any of the information that remains not complete or accurate. (3)Duty to provide notice of dispute If the completeness or accuracy of any information furnished by any person to any consumer reporting agency is disputed to such person by a consumer, the person may not furnish the information to any consumer reporting agency without notice that such information is disputed by the consumer. I have contacted the credit reporting agencies via mail with affidavits that these transactions were all fraudulent. I am requesting that these items by SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES, partners, and all affiliates associated with/ or in connection to SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SERVICES immediately be removed or be subject to legal action in accordance with the FCRA to the full extent of the law.Business Response
