      We have tried Culligan Water, house water softener system and RO system. Nothing but problems, headaches and stress since. We would have to call to remind for salt refills. Every 3 to 4 months they would say we were past due, their billing runs every 28 days, but their statements say 30 days. We argued over *****'s payment and arguing over ****'s payment. I called our Bank for online bill pay support and they reviewed and agreed with me. Our Bank mailed paper copies of our payments. A week later the texts, emails and phone calls began again saying that now we're 45 days past due. Used to be a reputable company, but now I get a nasty taste in my mouth. By claiming to bill every 28 days, they can receive 13 payments in a 12 month calendar year. That is Skiming and Illegal. We are disabled senior citizens. We would never agree to to that. Even our Bank has talked to their customer service, but like every time we have called before, they hang up on us. Long story short, it's salt delivery time, so reschedule for full removal and end system and end contract per customer. Not trustworthy people behind the name I grew up with.

      Account has been cleared up of all billing issues.  Extended one year of complimentary rent to customer for her inconvenience.  The client was happy with that resolution.  Two members of the Culligan team will be visiting the customers home this week to review her system and complete the brine tank fill.

      Weve been customers of Culligan water of ****** / Kansas City and for the last six plus months has been a complete nightmare . From being missed on our delivery date 2 months in a row and no phone call or email. Being over charged multiple times. And just lousy service. I highly recommend do not to use Culligan Water youll regret it.

      I signed up to get monthly water from Culligan Water of Kansas City and since day one it has unfortunately been nothing less than a nightmare. They constantly overbill me for the services I requested. I have to monitor my credit card every month to make sure that they charges incurred are correct and more times than not they are not. I then have to wait days in order to get billing to follow up and get it corrected. Then there were 2 times that the driver did not leave me enough bottles or water that were in my contract. I can honestly say that not one month has gone by without some kind or problem and I have been with them for 11 months now. I am a very patient man when it comes to things, but feel that this company has issues that they can not seem to get under control, especially when it comes to billing. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

      Moved from Kansas in March 2022, paid off the last bill and received multiple 'late' charges since leaving. Paid one but received another. I am unclear how I am incurring late fees for a system that was removed from my house in February prior to sale. Terrible billing service! Horrible website to pay your bill on. I wouldn't advocate using this group. Paying this second late fee just to be rid of them!
