Still have not been paid since beginning of June 2022. Very upsetting I worked for this company for almost 2 years. How they can continue to recruit people to work for them after not paying 100s of people is disgusting and shows a true sign of character ****** the owner should be ashamed of himself.ECS Virtual Support

Hello *******, Apologies for the delay in payment. We hope you are getting our regular emails to your personal email. The company is working very hard to get payment to everyone. Payment has been consistently. It is unfortunate what happened with the previous Vendor that caused this delay. ****** is a true man of character because he informed you, everyone on the leadership team and the entire company of the issues and what it would take to get payment to everyone. Please be aware that our company is not hiring for customer service. It was reported to us that there are numerous job postings out there for customer service positions using the *** Brand. These individuals have gone to the extend of using screenshots from our website to create a fake website with a different URLs to scam folks of their personal information. We have made reports to those job boards. We also have warnings on our voicemail and ****** to warn folks. Scams are very high and many companies like ours continue to warn the public. All was ok until 6/8/2022 when i could not log into the systems to go to work. I was informed by partner support i was inactive and could not log in. Later that day their was a zoom meeting with ECS mother and son saying Arise dropped them without notice but "no worries" we would be paid on time 6/15/2022 and 6/30/2022 for the time we serviced. As of this moment 7/31/2022 still have not gotten paid for those three weeks owed to me. They obviously do not care about us struggling to get by without the pay owed. *****, it was unfortunate about what happened with Arise terminating our ************** Agreement with no time to prepare everyone. You have always gotten paid on time for over a year since you were with ECS. We did another meeting on 8/5/2022 and gave updates on payment. No sure if you attended or not. Know that we are working very hard to get all of the contractors paid as soon as humanly possible. Please also know that we do care. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I was an employee of ECS since 6/2020. I will say up until June 2022, I never had any issues getting paid. June 15th paydate came and we didnt get paid and still havent. The *** and COO which are Mother and Son have given us nothing but excuse after excuse on why we havent been paid. This company did some unethical things which cost them greatly and it affected 100s of employees to where they werent paid. They are now trying to rebrand themselves at the cost of their employees who are holding on because we need our money. Do not trust them. Do your research, read over the contract before you sign and if at all possible. Find a different employer.ECS Virtual Support

********, I have checked and it shows that you applied with ECS 5/9/2021. It shows that your 1st training for roadside assistance started 6/4/2021 and you signed your contract 6/24/2021 to work with ECS after you got certified. It also shows that your first check was 7/15/2021 and your last check was 9/15/2021, almost a year ago. It shows that you were enrolled into training May 23, 2022 but it does not show that you worked any intervals or hours at all. There were no hours reported to us. Therefore there is no payment due. If you believed that you worked between May 23, 2022 To 6/7/2022, please contact our main line and we can them to run a report. There was no unethical things that was done by ECS. If I could give a negative star I would. This business is a scam very unprofessional and unorganized. They cant pay the people they have already. Please be warned do not take a chance these are the reviews you really need to listen to because we gave these people out social security numbers banking information all our personal information went through long training unorganized sessions for no reason other than to get scammed. They really had us leave good reviews before we started. Dont believe the good reviews on their social medias either.ECS Virtual Support

Hello ********* ** shows that you applied with *** 4/14/2022. ** also shows that you transferred from being your own business on the Arise Platform to join *** on 5/16/2022. That would not have been possible if *** was a scam.Part of our New Hire process like any business, you signed the contract, acknowledged the payment and bonus structure, completed emergency contact and completed your payment information. Social Security number along with your consent is needed to run background checks, Payroll needs social security number issue payments and to report **** earnings to the **** The portals you used to enter your information and for payroll have had no issues. Apologies if the initial process took long. Sometimes the process takes longer for some people because it may take a while for results to come back. The phone system and CRM take a while to set set up and the time line is out of our hands. We can give the opportunity to someone else if you do not wish to continue. We can delete your *** email account. We recently discovered that there is an Ad on ********** with the *** Logo. When we became aware of it, we flagged it and reported it to **********. We have also updated our ****** page and messaging to warn candidates. We advised to apply directly to our website and not text or email their personal information to anyone. *** is a legitimate business. *** is not a scam.Review fromAUSTIN V

Stay as far away from this company as you can. Plenty of other reviews here who got screwed just like me, I am facing eviction and bankruptcy because I have been put in a loop for an entire month. ******, It sows that you applied with ECS 3/28/2022. It also shows that there was no response from you for training. Your New Hire documents request shows blank. The request was emailed to you 6/20/2022. ECS moves forward with those candidates who respond to completing their background checks, pass assessment, attend training and complete their New Hire Documents. If there are no responses and no communication from the candidate, then the process stops until we get a response. Like most companies, if a candidate does not respond to their request for requested information to get hired, they move on to the next person who is ready . **********, It shows you applied with our company 5/30/2022. It shows ECS have been communicating with you since. We've sent updates with you on them regarding the *** and Phone system set up being delayed. It shows emails from myself to you and from another staff responding to you about your background checks. I also researched your name and your phone number in the phone database and it shows the text communication thread from ECS and you regarding your start date. It also shows your responses regarding start dates. ECS is not a Scam. Your information is needed with your consent to run your background checks, for payroll and to report **** earnings to the **** No one can start work without the phone system and *** set up. The Software engineers are working on them and the timeline is out of our control.
