    Absolutely horrendous company! Took everyones personal information on promise to hire people. They scammed hundreds if not thousands of people. Hundreds of others and I were supposed to work for this company. We went through the entire process and gave away all of our info. Just for them to stop replying to everyone. Then a mass email was sent to one of the people saying no one was getting paid or hired this month and no one was in there office to take emails or calls. Do not trust this company and there shady business practice!

    ******* just like I explained in my email response to you. There were some people who were spreading misinformation about ECS. We were handling that as you were getting enrolled. The issue has since been resolved. September will make four (4) years since ECS has been in business. ECS has provided many work opportunities for hundreds of people. We grew by 793% both in revenue and with people. ECS does not scam people for their information. Like any business, candidates provide their information to run background checks, to process payroll, to issue payments to report **** earnings to the **** Every agent has their personal login access to the CRMs and the payroll portal. We recently discovered that there was an Ad on ********** with the ECS Virtual Support logo and they were requesting personal information from people. We do not advertise or post on **********. We have flagged that Ad and have informed **********. We have updated our ****** page to alert candidates and also our messages to inform the candidates to apply on our website www.ecsvirtual.com and not text or email their personal information in response to any Ad. The CRMs and the contact center phone and messaging system are almost completed so that folks will start work. There have been some delays due to the the software companies setting up everyone's accounts ad phone lines. These processes sometimes take awhile. Once they give us the green light, we will send notifications out. In the mean time, we continue to send updates on the progress.
