    - On Dec 13, 2023 we sign** a contract with this company to add onto our home with a building. At that time, we provid** a $50,000 deposit towards the $217,777.45 project.
    - From Jan 2024 to July 2024 we were provid** multiple excuses as to why the project could not get start**. Nothing ever was start** on the project.
    - In July 2024 we demand** repayment of our $50,000 which ***** agre** to provide.
    - On August 5, 2024 we receiv** a $30,000 check from *****
    - On August 21, 2024 we receiv** a $5,000 check from ***** with a verbal promise to pay the remaining balance within the next 30 days.
    - From August to Oct nothing but excuses from this contractor.
    - Last contact from them Oct 23, 2024. This was ***** ****** last sms message to me: Good morning ** ?To be honest no I have fallen way short of my best. I have been to embarrass** and asham** to call you. I have not been at my best and honestly have been very depress** and the guilt of letting you down other people down and my family down has put me in a really bad spot. I haven’t call** or reach** out to you because I couldn’t take hearing the disappointment or reading the disappointment. I just honestly couldn’t handle it. ?Everytime I have tri** to take a step forward I have been knock** back two. ?I finally have a project I have been waiting on for 6 weeks starting next week and you’re on the top of the list to pay out of that. ?I am sorry for letting you down and disappointing you. I am sorry for mis managing business and using your deposit to cover costs from my mistakes.
    - Business still owes us $15,000 with no plans of repayment.
