    I am not sure how he received an A+ rating with the BBB, but I give him an F. We had an appointment for him to come to my house to bid on remodeling 3 bathrooms. The appointment was set for 2 weeks from the date that we talked because he stated he was going on vacation. Thank is understandable. The day before the appointment, I called him to remind him. He did not answer the phone so I left a voice message asking him to call to confirm. He did not call until the next day, 30 minutes before he was to arrive and he cancelled the appointment. He stated something about dropping off the kids to school and his wife being in a meeting. It was some excuse. He suggested another time a few days later. I accepted the 2nd appointment. Guess what. He did not show up. 20 minutes after he was suppose to be there, I called him. He agreed that he had an appointment with me, but stated he was at home waiting on Nebraska Furniture Mart and asked if we could reschedule for a 3rd time. WTF. A phone call from him stating he was not coming would have been nice. I informed him that since he stood me up twice, that I was not longer interested in him. He did not care and said OK and hung up. I am thinking all of the positive reviews that he received online, must have been from him and his family and friends.
