I chose this contractor after talking with several initially for roofing, they were working in my area, and I received good feedback from others they were doing work for. I can't say enough how their production manager went above and beyond working with my insurance adjuster. my roofing turned out great and crew was quick and professional, after that I contracted for new steel siding. Again, same experience different crew but excellent at the trade, would recommend this contractor to anyone, very pleased with results they were professional, knowledgeable and attention to detail. Have had many compliments on my house, many thanks to them.

1 starI was so excited about getting the work done, after ****** dollars for my roof and siding my porch is mess, trash for months different crews coming in My attic was covered with just siding no wood or insulation the sun light is coming through I am sad and disappointed and they have someone call me for another check or have a lien put on my house! the porch is already coming apart at this time im filing a complaint and talking to higher **** I did alot of the clean *** myself oh porch didnt get finished and they came and hauled away the left over siding so many inconsistencies too many to even say I'm i don't know what to feel Some of the men in the crews even told us what their supervisor told them ""Just Make it Look good" they did try talking to my husband but at this pointReview fromJames W

Mr ******************* , was a pleasure to meet and go through the process with.. roofing can be a frustrating experience **** made it easy and a good experience was there from beginning to end of project did everything we asked and kept his word on his end..very professional and easy to get a direct answer from..I highly recommend themAmerican Contracting Direct

I dont even know what to say nothing is adding up with these people. Communication was sparse and extremely delayed when it happened at all. Some of the answers we got from our point of contact were misleading, or all together inaccurate. The work done to our roof was subpar at best. The clean took months (no exaggeration). It was bizarre they would work for a few days, then disappear leaving us with no updates or understanding of where the project stood. Then, theyd show up after three months with no communication to complete remaining tasks. Really really strange. Weve been left in the dark *********** again by this company. Ultimately the work is complete, but it was an awful experience. Were now seeing some lingering issues due to poor craftsmanship on their part, but were using a different contractor to address it because we never got any follow up communication from American. Would never recommend this business to anyone.American Contracting Direct

Thank you ******* for letting us know where we can improve on our customer service expectations. I apologize that there was disorganization and a mess for you to clean up. The level of customer service you received was not up to our company standards. We will have discussions/coaching with the project manager that was on your file. If there are still any issues that need to be addressed, please let us know. That is not the experience we want our customers to have and if there is any way we may address any further concerns please let us know! If there are any current issues with the quality, we absolutely stand behind our work and will make this right. We are having a manager reach out to you to resolve this issue.
