Lexington Farms Management is simply AWFUL to deal with! Our daughter has had a terrible time with this outfit and I would like to post a sincere WARNING to all who may be thinking to moving into the complex. DO NOT DO IT! They WILL shaft you, no matter how great of a resident you are! Thankfully, I am not a resident of this community but my daughter is.They have treated her SO poorly even though she's followed ALL of their guidelines from paying rent on time to maintaining her unit beautifully, being a good resident in general AND leaving the unit in impeccable condition! She broke her lease due mostly to the noise factors, poor management behaviors, grounds upkeep - or lack thereof, enormously large spiders in her unit (of which she is tremendously afraid). She simply figured out that this wasn't an apartment where she could be comfortable. She turned in a proper notice and paid all monies that were required and the STILL gave her the shaft! The unit was professionally cleaned (we'll post a video soon to corroborate this post) - and they still charged her for carpet cleaning even though everything was left beautifully - in fact, it was left in a better condition than received. This was just a sad situation because it was her first apartment experience and they ruined it for her! This out fit is messy, shady, and unwilling to be accountable for their actions. They even threatened our kid with collection actions if she doesn't pay for a carpet clean that she should have never been charged for. It's just really upsetting. We will certainly keep you posted as this situation continues to unfold. Lexington Farms is a true example of "BUYER BEWARE". Thank goodness a video was taken!
