    We had a poor experience with both service (misdiagnosis) and then leadership unwilling to fix their mistakes.

    As I begin to look deeper, it is becoming clear that our experience is similar to so many.

    I went in for an oil change. They emptied the contents of my glove box, left my registration and other important personal information on the front passenger seat and left my car in the parking lot for anyone to see. They removed the mat on the drivers side for who knows what reason and never returned it and lastly, while they were attaching whatever they use to diagnosis other possible issues under my dash below the steering wheel, they somehow disconnected the button you push to pop the trunk that is also located below the steering and is the only way I can get into my trunk. I called them to rectify the issue and was told they would check into it and call me right back. Then I heard nothing from them. I reached out to them via mail to the General Manager asking for my mat back or an equivilent if they misplaced it and to please fix my trunk button and still never heard back from them. Out of sheer frustration, I messaged Corp. thru their website for complaints, received an email that they received my complaint and issed a number and was told it would be forwarded and I would be hearing from ***************** That was almost a month ago and still.....I have heard nothing from anyone! Frustrated and angry. I have been going to Meineke for years and can't believe they treat their Customers this way. I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy!
