    We shipped a vehicle across country with Konajt Auto Services October, 2023. That transaction went as expected without incident. That was the one and only transaction we have had with them.
    Konajt Auto Services charged our credit card $795.00 2/22/2024. When we contacted Konajt Auto Services they said an error was made and someone from the office would be in touch the same day. Konajt Auto Services has not returned numerous phone calls or emails. Now they send my call immediately to voicemail. They did not have permission to charge our credit card; we have only had the one transaction with them.
    We have requested a refund of the unauthorized charges $795.00 several times, no communication from Konajt Auto Services.

    Konajt Auto Services agreed to ship a car for me, but after working with the rep. we came to a joint decision that it was not going to work for him to provide this service, so he agreed to refund my money. This was on December 30th and he said he would have it processed on January 2nd due to the New Year's holiday. It is now January 18th and he still has not refunded my $850. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails and his response was that he would get it refunded. He has stopped responding to my email and phone calls. I just want my money refunded like he promised.

    We hired Silver Arrow Transport LLC (Konajt is their parent company), and paid upfront for their services. We would like to get refunded for services not provided.
