    I had a very bad experience with this company. Paid both ways to get the discount. They were a week late picking up my car. They never returned my emails or phone calls when it was time for the return trip. Had to use another company to get my car home. Unpleasant to deal with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM!

    I am submitting a formal complaint against Konajt Auto Services and its parent company, Silver Arrows Auto Transport, due to suspected unlicensed operations and potential fraud. My investigation reveals no evidence of proper licensing in three states, raising serious legal and ethical concerns.

    The business, suspiciously operated from a residential apartment, exhibits a pattern of avoiding customer interactions. Especially alarming is its targeting of vulnerable demographics, notably the elderly. An 82-year-old customer’s recent ordeal exemplifies this: after her attempts to reschedule services were ignored, she was met with verbal abuse and threats upon insisting on her rights. This abhorrent behavior mirrors other complaints, suggesting a systemic disrespect and exploitation by the business owner.

    This pattern of intimidation and potential elder abuse compels me to seek intervention from law enforcement to protect the elderly and prevent further fraud. I urge those affected to report to Consumerfinance.gov for support.

    These people are scammers. They gave my money and I gave no service. Very rude. Does not answer calls or emails. Told me I was a funin bitch. Me and my car. And hung up. The rest of reviews are just as bad as mine. We all agree. I will contact my bank regarding the charge also.

    Stay far away from this traveling circus!!! While they did transport my car for me from Missouri to Upstate NY, They are as shady as they come. I paid them a fee of $1,051.00 to transport my car on January 26th 2024. The car was delivered on January 30th. I wasn't thrilled with this company, and they guy on the phone sure did talk tough on the phone with me after they damaged their trailer picking the car up at the pickup spot, but I HIGHLY doubt he would talk that tough to me face to face. Then while paying my credit card bill, I noticed A SECOND CHARGE OF $895.00 from this company!!!! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I then tried to contact these meatheads to find out why they think it's ok to charge me a second charge without reason, but of course, no answer. I then called the local police to this company to file a criminal complaint with them, but was told that I need to contact my local police agency to file said criminal charge against them. I will be doing this SOON.. Stay away from this company. They are as shady as it gets!!! I had to leave a 1 star rating, but would leave a negative star rating if I could!!!

    This is a scam,
    This is a parent company of Konajt auto service. We paid Konajt to transport our truck from Maine to Texas. They charged us, and never transported the truck, and wouldn't respond to emails or answer our calls. After 15 day's I asked for my money back according to the terms and conditions. Never heard from them again.

    Total rip off! Stay away! Never pay up-front as I did. A legitimate concern will take a deposit with balance due on delivery.

    RUN! Beware! Do not use this company. We signed up with them to transfer our truck. Greyson West took our information and gave us a quote. He has not picked up our truck. We called and were told it could take up to 15 days to start transport. We called and emailed and left message. No word back. Now my husband has to fly to another state and drive it himself. And no refund from company. So angry.

    The company acts as fraud or scam. They dispatch to transport the cars but never pay carriers for the completed job. They work under Silver Arrows Auto Transport and double broker the loads.
    Never work or get the loads from this company.
