      A Nightmare with Lula Property Maintenance - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
      If I could give Lula zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is, without a doubt, the worst property maintenance experience I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Everything about their operation screams disorganization and a complete disregard for both their customers and the contractors they supposedly partner with.
      Let's start with their "support." It's clear they've outsourced it to a team that barely understands the English language, let alone the specifics of a property maintenance issue. Every phone call is an exercise in frustration, attempting to explain basic problems to someone who sounds like they're reading from a script and has no ability to deviate or comprehend anything beyond it. It's truly incomprehensible and offers absolutely no help whatsoever.
      Compounding this agony are the hold times. Prepare to dedicate hours of your life to their phone lines. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a massive drain on your time and patience, leaving you feeling utterly abandoned.
      And communication? What communication? There is a complete and utter lack of it. They provide no updates, no follow-ups, and no proactive outreach. You are left completely in the dark, constantly chasing them for answers, only to be met with the same unhelpful, drawn-out process. As a customer, this experience has been incredibly stressful and disheartening, turning what should be simple maintenance tasks into monumental, anxiety-inducing sagas.
      For any contractors considering working with Lula: My strong advice is to run, not walk, in the opposite direction. If this is how they treat their paying customers, imagine the organizational chaos and lack of support you will face as a contractor. Their disorganization will inevitably lead to payment delays, unclear scopes of work, and endless headaches. Save yourself the trouble; a company this poorly managed is not worth your time or reputation.

      At this time, this company has scheduled 6 appointments with me for a simple ac wall unit replacement; of those 6 appointments they have shown for one appointment where they installed a window unit in the wall and left it unfinished to the point of being able to see outside. Completely unprofessional and does not communicate at all with their clients beyond links and texts saying they’ll be there. I’ve had to call multiple times each time for any information, requested several call backs from a member of leadership, and have not been compensated for any of the work I’ve missed.

      Extremely Frustrating Experience – No Resolution After 2 Weeks
      I’ve been dealing with this maintenance company for over two weeks now regarding a brand new stove that has no power. The technician originally scheduled a service window between 6 and 8 PM. At exactly 8 PM, I received a call saying they had an emergency and needed to reschedule. While I understand emergencies happen, they promised to come the next day—and never showed up.
      Since then, I’ve been repeatedly reaching out through the contact center on the portal, and I’m still without a working stove or a clear solution. They recently updated my case saying they’ve been “trying to contact me,” but that is simply not true. I haven’t received a single call or real effort to resolve the issue.
      This is unacceptable customer service. It’s been two weeks without a working stove in my home, and I’ve been given nothing but the runaround. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

      Wish I could use 0 stars because Lula doesn’t even deserve 1. Negative stars would be more accurate.
      I was told none of my available times worked for their “pros” & I was given one option which was Monday 2/3 with an arrival window of 8am-noon. At noon I hadn’t heard a word so called & was told they couldn’t reach the pro but would call me back. At 2 I called again & a different rep advised the pro’s truck broke down but they would call to see if could still do the job that day since I took off work -which I got a write up for as I don’t have PTO- & lost a day of wages. That rep called back (he was only one that has so far) and said the pro said he or one of his guys would be here between 2-6pm. At 7 I called again and was told multiple times on the 7pm call that they would definitely be there by 6…
      Tuesday after they were a no show I called on way to work and was told I’d get a call back. When I was getting ready to leave work I called and they said someone would be here around 4pm or worst case scenario Wednesday morning.
      It’s now Wednesday. 0 updates so again I’ve called. Was told they were waiting for it to be approved by my property manager. So called them who advised it was approved…called Lula AFAIN, and was told it was being escalated to get done today. No call back again so called AGAIN, got silence and call dropped. A while later I get a text saying maybe they can come Friday if I leave a key?!
      Worst part is our shower is completely unusable and I haven’t been able to shower in about a week now (hospital 1/30-2/2) and I’m immunocompromised so being unable to shower properly is now affecting my health.
      Run far far far away from this company. So unprofessional & constantly lies to customers.

      If I could give zero stars I would. They confirmed through the Meld property management app that they would be coming between 10am-noon to look at my ceiling that is profusely leaking and about to cave in. It’s now 5 pm and they still haven’t shown up. At 3 pm they told me it was my fault nobody came because I didn’t give them my contact information (I did and I have screenshots to prove it). After that they said they’d have somebody out as quickly as possible. Two hours later still nothing. I lost money and time waiting for them. Very poor communication and clearly don’t take their business very seriously. Would not recommend!!!

      I have a landscaping business here in metro Atlanta we’ve worked with
      Lula pro for 4 years now , I’ve notice that their not for the customer or at times organized but today after reaching out concerning rescheduling due to personal reasons I was threatened with business termination by Lauren Saunders for having a medical emergency but what makes this more concerning is that I received text messages stating that I would received tardy or cancellation fees after Lula associates rescheduled appointment time. I was told the homeowner is angry and wants you
      Out there now because their off today which is weird due to the work order stating vacancy but after multiple intimidating text messages from Lula attempting to force me onto property after emergency and replying No I was told by Lauren’s owner wanted our company gone even though she apologized I asked her why apologize if Lula isn’t wrong or empathetic of contractors taking care of their health and safety, she replied you know what we’re not a good fit which implies that Lula has one concern making money and using fees , penalties ( tardy) which Lula Schedules to make infraction not to pay contractors . I received text from Bo apologizing for being understaff and not being able to reschedule properly after me receiving threats for following up about scheduling but that Lauren is nasty work isn’t friendly and does not like minorities doesn’t seem to follow up until today when she was a woman of threats with contract termination until she realized that Lula had not been following scheduling procedures correctly but she lead without being knowledgeable of situations but as she stated she represents owners which I believe do not respect minorities and sees us as workers that shouldn’t have input in a broken system .

      Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We can imagine you are very frustrated if you are taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate every piece of feedback, both good and bad. 

      We are disappointed to learn that you had a bad experience following your medical emergency. We truly hope that all is well and our team may not have understood the gravity of your situation at the time. I see the two canceled jobs that you mentioned in your review and here are the two reasons stated: "Cancellation Reason: Because I want to" and "Cancellation Reason: Called in stated a headed of time since home owner was angry about taking off received a text asking if I could make it at this point whomever is texting after I was on hold 30 minutes can do the job". I don't see any mention of a medical emergency. 

      It is possible that you spoke to someone on the phone and shared that you had a family emergency, but from a notes/reason stated standpoint, that was not shared on either of these jobs.

      When you first signed the SLA on Dec. 4, 2021, you acknowledged that there are certain expectations around showing up on time, not cancelling jobs, etc. We try to have grace for every situation, but failure to show up to a job because you didn't want to go is a poor reflection on the service we provide and is grounds for a lock on an account. We hold the right to protect our clients from the poor experience that comes from no-shows or same-day cancellations. Over your 3 years, you canceled 31% of all jobs that you claimed. Some of those circumstances were beyond your control, which we understand.

      As for the accusations against our employee, please share any evidence of these claims with [email protected]. The person you are referring to is an exemplary employee and we would not suspect any malicious intent from her or any member of our service team. We will take every claim seriously and look at any and all evidence provided. We are committed to providing opportunities and growing the business of all of our contractors, including minorities. We strongly object to any type of discrimination and will thoroughly investigate any claims of such made against one of our employees.

      I have had a carpeting issue for three months First"pro " and I use that term very lighltly came out and supposedly fixed the issue that was a raveling of carpet in more than one area. There was an obviousseem in the repair which I questioned and I was told it wouldgo away.Well it wne away and unravelled even more. Not even a month later. I have had three different times that I rearranged my work time for no shows of technicians. I have spoken to The customer service supervisor who assures me the job will be done right. SO today someone shows up to fix a carpeting issuewith nocarpet How is that apro. Job was supposed to be done this morning. Pro left said that the jobwas more involved than he thought and that he had another jobto complete. It is now 4:30 and he is not back yet. Lula provides very poorsub contractos who are not qualified for jobs. They are glorified maintenance people not experts in any field and therefore jobs do not get accomplished correctly.

We understand your frustration with the situation and we know that it can be disappointing when patches are done instead of full replacements. In these cases, we are limited by what is approved!       Horrible customer service. Company seems disorganized. I am a tenant and the company was contracted for weeds in the yard. It took 2 days for them to just ask for pictures of the issue. I sent the pictures in and advised the issue was the entire yard, front and back, and that I have dogs and would need to be home to let ******** in so they can service it. They said it wouldn't be a problem and that I'd get a notification when the tech was on his way with the 4 hour time window. Day of service date, I leave work early to make the window and I receive no notification of tech being on the way and no one ever arrived. The next morning I get a text saying the tech is on his way. I call and they tell me the tech forgot to close out the work order the day before when he went to service the yard. Tech never did show. They see in the notes that both the front and backyard were too be serviced. They tell me they'll send a tech to do the backyard and will let me know later today a time. Then I get a text saying it's been completed and there will be no tech going back. The work order was still not completed. I call back and I ask to speak to a supervisor and they say they stepped out for lunch and I'd get a call back. I call back hours later, and still the supervisor is not there supposedly. I then get another text saying the work is completed and they're sorry I didn't get the en route notification. I text back saying the work was still not completed, the backyard has not been done and that I need to speak to a supervisor. I have yet to get a response or a call back. If I could choose, I would NEVER use this company.

      Worst contracting service Ever!!! Had a malfunctioning patio door to be replaced after weeks of trying to get the repair scheduled Lula sent three technicians with 4 hour time slots not one of the professionals arrived on time I received several texts advising that the professional was on its way. However prior to the close of the time slot I received further information from Lula that the professional would not be able to make it because he was not able to pick up supplies their distance etc. ************ is completely disorganized and have no professional courtesy whatsoever. Promises made are rarely kept even something as simple as a return telephone call. It is extremely frustrating and time consuming not to mention the expense of loss of income or work (if you don't have the ability to work from home) in trying to reorganize a schedule to accommodate a repair... try reorganizing your schedule three times not to mention scheduling for a weekend day the professional still did not arrive until one hour after the 4 hour propsed time window and then I discovered I didn't even need to be there. Save yourselves immense frustration and loss of revenue and time . USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!
