      Bad pay!! Slow payout!! Treat you like you work for them not with them as a contractor. Would not recommend staying with them for long

      Hi *******, we hate to hear that your experience with the Lula platform wasn't what you hoped. We will take your feedback and do all we can to improve. We do everything we can to support our Pros and clients, so feedback is always helpful. Regarding your time with Lula, I can see that you have been disapproved twice on our platform. The first time was back in 2019, then you reapplied for our platform this last year. We believe that the three-year hiatus may have been a good break for both sides, so we gave you another shot with the new company that you started. We must have been doing something well if you wanted to rejoin the platform. Our most recent notes show that you accumulated seven (7) missed or late appointments in 2023 alone, which resulted in your deactivation. We recognize that you were not a W2 employee of Lula's, but we still expect any contractor that we work with to arrive at their scheduled appointments. While we don't feel your review is fair, we will take it and improve! Thank you again.

      Not good for vendors/licensed contractors. Doesnt pay what they say or there are so many stipulations such as if you leave a job site for materials you dont get paid for the trip, they take between ***** percent of the already peanuts amount of money that the property owner is willing to pay,No travel to and from, And seems they believe that troubleshooting takes minutes on every occasion, o account for waiting on tenants to let you in, move their belongings to access equipment, Lula has it all wrong and wants something for nothing.The properties you will service in the ** market I can attest to, are horrendous/disgusting at best, you will never get paid what the service is worth.
