    Clear Choice on Nall Overland Park Kansas My husband ***** **** paid 50 thousand dollars cash for dental implants . One day an implant failed he’s under warranty that failed implant is not his fault but clear choice wanna charge him another 7 thousand dollars to redo his implant.. and it should have been under warranty ..
    And today is April 1 2024.
    I called clear choice today I can’t even make him an appointment the receptionist said they booked up this week .. so my husband got to walk around snag a tooth until they call to make a appointment but they never call this happen not once but twice
    We need an appointment NOW!!!
    Another implant broke my name is ***** ******* ***** **** wife , I want them to please finish what they started !!!!’ Leroy need an implant appointment now !!!!

    Clear Choice Dental Overland Park Kansas Office
    Simply traveled a day from my home round trip to get there advertised FREE consultation for dental work. Looking back on this visit their goal was to fraudulently get your signature and release of funds before any work was to be performed, there game. a video, 20 minute cry me a river video.... no details on the procedures itself, potential issues, its all designed to get your money before you leave.

    We discussed financing and it was made clear I had other avenues to explore all the while they applied for credit with ******* **** *** **** ******, for a total of 67 thousand dollars.

    I was told I was approved for the credit but never asked for it, again it was made clear from myself to their intake office, ****, that I had other avenues to explore to pay for any work of which I might choose as there were more options here than the 67k route and financing,

    This was not explained and in retrospect is clearly deceptive actions on the part of their new patient intake, many phone calls - emails after cancelling any other scheduled appointment, still no return
    calls or email. We have filed fraudulent activity with Care Credit, however ******* **** seems to be their biggest customer yet they are reluctant to do anything, except send a bill, no account number, no amortization schedule, no interest rates, all under the covers, Very deceptive business practices not just by Clear Choice Dental, Overland Park Kansas but ******* ****.

    This type of business practice by a group that's gonna cut into your face is your worst nightmare. Regardless business practice like this that prays on the elderly, disabled and retired is repugnant to the people of this country and the industry as a whole to steal your money then turn their back on you....

    I am not the first complaint on this business practice.

    Please close this complaint effective 9/23/2022 as Clear Choice Dental has agreed to return the funds.

    This should be ample time for them to do so, if not I will contact you to keep the complaint open.
