    I made a appointment online 3/4 weeks ago. I think I may put my phone # in incorrectly. The day of my appointment I called to ask for their address because it isn't posted anywhere. So I called the morning of my appointment and requested the address. The male I spoke asked me for my name and said I didn't have an appointment. He asked for my # and said no you don't have an appointment so I just said well I guess won't show up for my online scheduled appointment and he replied, " I guess not" and hung up
    Today I tried it to make an appointment by phone and, yes, I was not pleasant because of my experience with the guy who refused to give me an address, and the girl hung up on me. I called back and got the same girl and the first thing she said, are you going to curse again? I said no, I want to apologize for my anger, it was because of the guy who refused to give me an address, I didn't mean to take it out on you, I really want to get an appointment. And was extremely nice and biting my tongue. I accidentally said "fn" after she said something to **** me off, not **** and she hung up on me. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would.
    Even if they gave me a chance to come in now, I couldn't trust them and am leaving my experience trying to get in on Facebook, YouTube, ticktock and any other social media sites I find.

    The very worst. All about the money. Two surgeries not one. Cancer and diabetes patient, prior to initial surgery. The surgeon knew I was waiting for cancer surgery... it could not be performed due to the fact that I could not be intubated, they delayed my surgery by a year. They can't schedule a free barbecue. The same one that forced me to sign a loan before they could initiate treatment ($50 k cost) also visited me when I was IN THE CHAIR at my last visit to sign more money to them had promised me that following the initial surgery in July the process would be complete in October.... I finished up IN April of 2024. During the initial surgery I heard the surgeon and the dentist (franchisee) talking, I quote... good luck with that occlusion end quote. On my next visit I asked the dentist what occlusion they were talking about. His response was.... You don't even know what an occlusion is. Indeed, I do, but that was his response. I would have walked at that point, but they had already gotten so far into my pockets, I was stuck. I was basically eating baby food for six months due to the first botched surgery. My bite now is iffy. the last time I was in they scheduled my six month check up (for over $300) for Tuesday October 15. They called me today Friday October 11 to inform me that my appointment because their hygienist had quit and I would be put on a list. They care about money not patients. Make a clear choice and go elsewhere. They have a Better Business Bureau (the gold standard) rating of one. Check out BBB before calling Clear Choice in Overland Park.
