      If I could give less than a 1 star customer service review I would. Their salesmen at the store are sheisty, untruthful, and don’t fully disclose. While they do price match, their customer service is worth taking the drive to Nebraska Furniture Mart where you have honest and reliable service.
      First, a month ago, I purchased a table and chair set. Love the piece for the price, paid $100 for them to come deliver AND take the trash… however they didn’t have it all in stock. Told me if I wanted the “in stock” pieces early, I had to pay TWICE for delivery or I could go by the warehouse. The warehouse isn’t far from me, so I opted for that… then I’m told BUT THEY WOULDN’T BE ASSEMBLED… why? Why do I have to assemble furniture I paid $100 for it to be done? AND I had to pick it up?! The warehouse guys were even confused, but that’s what the salesperson put on the form, and they couldn’t assemble for me due to potential warranty issues or something.
      Second, today purchased a new bedroom set. Knew exactly what we wanted, they agreed to price match Nebraska Furniture Mart (which is a bit of a drive compared for us). At check out with the finance guy, was told we have 7 days to return anything FOR ANY REASON with a 10% restock fee (fine, totally get it). The salesman got us also to purchase a mattress we tried out (and it felt ok at the store likely due to high volume of people testing it out). Get home, the mattress is ROCK SOLID. Instantly call asking to return and was told mattress are NON REFUNDABLE. Dude even tried saying it’s a state law (it’s not). Why during the 10 minute purchase process were we never told this?! The ONLY time we were ever told this policy was when I tried to return the mattress within 5 hours of purchase. The “pamphlet” they stapled our receipt to says it… however NO ONE MENTIONED IT IN THE PURCHASE PROCESS.
      Completely unethical sales tactics.

      One year later, recliner seam split open one inch. They said we were out of warranty ( by a week n a half). They would do nothing. I spoke to several people. They did give us some " fabric" to put over it. The fabric is quite complicated. The chair needs to be taken apart in order to attach it properly. We did our best but now the chair doesn't work because of the way we put the fabric over the split seam. We do not know how to take the chair apart. . So the conclusion is ,we are stuck with a useless recliner and out $400 +..very annoying. Who can go out and just buy another recliner?

      Bought a Rocker seem coming apart in less then 90 days and I'm suppose to pay ****** so they can have the product fix. To me this is not a warranty problem this is a defective. If I take it 45 min away they will fix but transporting to repair is ******. What a scam
