      Horrible! No stars but I had to leave 1! They set up service then ghost you! They hired a contractor then asked ME who it was that came to assess the problem. Then I was left with footing the entire bill because they refuse to pay the contractor the hired! I've emailed and called several times and it's an AI robot Everytime..no one is returning my calls..but they continue to take the monthly payment from my account!

      I made a claim on our gas valve for the furnace and the claim was approved the same day all my paperwork was sent in. Their customer service was exceptional.

      They have been so easy to work with!! My dryer went out, and they had my claim approved. Repairs were approved and paid for all on the same day. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I’ve always been skeptical about home warranties, but with our new home purchase I decided to purchase one, and I am so, so glad I did.

      Two years running as a customer with Home Assure, and they’ve been such a huge help that I honestly can't imagine not having them. They have saved me over $10,000 on fixes we needed for our home, like replacing my HVAC and water heater.

      Great experience! They do what they say they will do, and they do it on time. I have saved over $2000 in repairs of my appliances since getting this warranty. I've had them repair my washer, HVAC, and garbage disposal.

      I recently noticed a persistent clog in our kitchen sink that DIY methods couldn't fix. I called them and they scheduled a plumber who arrived the next day and efficiently cleared the blockage, which was deeper in the pipes than I had anticipated. The service was professional, and the cost was covered under our plan.

      Stay away from this company they will take your money and then give you the runaround. After being unsatisfied with a claim attempt I decided to cancel my policy with this company I was told I could only do that by a letter sent to their address even though every business then we had before was electronic. I sent that letter certified mail and after a few rude calls with customer service they finally admitted they got the letter closed my account. But now couldn't tell me what my refund was or when or how I was going to receive it I've been reaching out multiple times to speak with a supervisor or someone outside of the normal customer service. I have been told repeatedly because my account is closed I did not matter and therefore somebody call me when they feel like it it has been over 10 business days I still have no refund I paid in full for policy that they have no intention on honoring. The customer service here is extremely rude and the company itself covers absolutely nothing and will give you the runaround to cancel. This company is a scam they will take your money and then give you the runaround and try to make it where is extremely hard for you to get your money back I still have not received my refund and now I fear that I have to go through litigation and what is to receive my money. If you deal with this company I do advise recording every interaction that you have with them so it's not to have it be your word against theirs. If I could have waited this company lower I would have do not spend your money here they will rip you off

      Our water heater started leaking unexpectedly, and we were facing the prospect of cold showers for days. I contacted HomeAssure, and they promptly arranged for a plumber to assess the situation. The technician confirmed the unit needed replacement, and the warranty covered the majority of the cost
