5 starsThis is a lifesaver. I submitted a claim online, and within 24 hours, a technician was at our doorstep. They diagnosed the issue and replaced a faulty capacitor on the spot. 4 starsMy garbage disposal stopped working on Thursday. I called them on Thursday evening and someone came out on Friday morning. 4 starsI've been very satisfied with their service. They've fixed my washing machine and my dishwasher, both of which were leaking water everywhere. 1 starThis was the worst experience with a company I've ever had. Jason was very rude and obnoxious. I made my 6th call to cancel my agreement with them and he spent most of the time boasting of their ratings and grilling me to obtain my reason for wanting to cancel. He said I was wasting his time. After over 30 minutes of him trying to convince me that I would regret canceling the service, not letting me speak and cutting me off, he finally agreed to cancel it and refund my $295 down payment. He ended the call by telling me not to call back and hung up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the Plague!Review fromGracine W

Th representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. He stated “ this isn’t Burger King and if I don’t get his coverage I can’t have it my way. He told me that he will just red flag my property so that no one will cover my home until I sell it.” Which sounds a lot like a threat and not someone who is trying to earn my business. I wouldn’t recommend this company to a frog.
