      Easy to make a claim. They sent a technician who diagnosed my problem, ordered parts, and then came back three days later to fix the part. My washer works efficiently.

      Having this plan for my appliances was one good decision I made. I don't have to worry about looking for a competent technician, and I don't have to pay for the repair. When my washer was faulty, I just called them for it, and they had their serviceman at my door the next day, and my washer was fixed.

      I'm giving them a four-star because the technician showed up a day after I called. I was expecting my washer to be fixed on the same day. As for my washer, it was fixed perfectly.

      HomeAssure came to my aid when I needed them the most. My AC broke down last week, and when they sent a repairman to diagnose the issue, he discovered the compressor was faulty. They promptly replaced it and got my AC working again within 48 hours. It's not funny when your AC breaks down right before summer, Thank you for your prompt response.

      This coverage came in handy when I was at my lowest. Home Assure is a reliable company. They helped me fix my heater when it went out on me. They had the coil replaced, and I had my heater back. This was my first claim, so I only paid for my deductible.

      Home Assure does not do what they say. My water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning tried to call but the office was close. I have teenage girls in the home so I could not go very long with out hot water. Called Home Assure on Monday morning and they said that they would get back to me. Waited two day they final called and said they had no one in the area to come and look at the water heater. So I took up on myself to take care of the problem. I found some one to come and take care of it the same day. I contacted Home Assure and they told me to send them what was wrong along with the invoice to get my money back. I call one week late and they told me that they are not going to give me my money back. Don't waste your money with these people. We are talking $800.00 dollars and I have paid them around $3,200.00 dollars for the warranty. Very poor customer service. If I could give the a zero star.

      The customer had the repairs done prior to calling Home Assure for approval. The invoice was reviewed and noted the repairs were done with prior authorization. The claim was denied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service Contract. Section: TO OBTAIN SERVICE:
      1. You are required to receive prior approval from Us before service work can be performed under this Agreement. You
      should notify Us as soon as the problem is discovered.
