      12/20/2023 I was supposed to receive the following meds oxybutynin 10 MG 24 hr. tablet
      losartan 50 MG tablet
      atorvastatin 40 MG tablet
      I did not/ I called and got yelled at so I called again. The second time I was promised I would get the med and a follow-up text. The text did not have any of these meds as being reordered

      I have found a great insurance plan that I am very pleased with and have ZERO interest in Tiburon. Delete my name from your records now.
      Tiburon will not answer my phone calls so that I can let them know that I have zero interest in their company and am using a reputable company of my choice.
      Delete all of my information from your records now!!!!
      If necessary, I will have my legal team handle this.

      I did not join Tiburon. They have a terrible rating. I have joined **** ***** **** ******. Tiburon has terrible reviews! I don’t want them to ever contact me again. Retirement is nothing but stress right now. It seems that retirees attract disreputable people, like Tiburon. I am exhausted from all of this unnecessary stress. I feel like they are going to keep harassing me in hopes that I will just give up. That will not happen.

      When submitting a response to this complaint an error popped up on the screen. The response to this complaint is as follows: " We are sorry to hear about your experience. We have placed our number on our internal Do Not Call list and you will no longer receive calls from us going forward"

      After quoting me an annual price for life insurance under $1,000, the agency changed my annual premium, without any legitimate medical reasoning my opinion. I rejected this offer repeatedly verbally and in writing and demanded refund of the original premium that I already paid but have not received it back. This agency caused me to invest huge amounts of tme and then has pressured me to try to accept the inflated rate.

      After I filed my BBB complaint, the insurance agent from Prudential Tiburon contacted me and told me they are going to refund my premium.  I am certain this was in response to the BBB complaint, so thank you for that.  

       

      I would like to keep my complaint active until I actually receive my money back.  But I wanted to give you this update. If in fact they issue a full refund as they have claimed they will, I will notify you so we could, at that point, consider the complaint resolved.

       

      Thank you for your assistance.  I will keep you updated.
